I would like to make it known that I, in cooperation with several moderators and administrators from raddafiskie's old server have been working on a new server, a complete replacement that follows many of the principles that radda's server did. It's not a copy, but hopefully a positive step forward.
Obviously, I can't release any information about this new project (it's against forum rules!) without raddafiskie's blessing, which I am working on. All I ask is that you don't lose hope, and that the fine tradition that Erik set long ago can be continued.

Ok deadwoodluke, no offence, but you say you have your server the same as Radda, yet a few posts later Ferret says "Blah, Blah World edit"
Now if you had actually known the server as well as you think, you would of known that Radda HATED world edit, and that no one had it.
Like i said in my previous posts:
Radda gets the balancing just right, NOT too much power, but not deprived
As fun as it may be to change FeArLeSs_0117's name, then shoot fireballs at him, while you surrond him with giants. That is NOT the same
For this reason, is why i think IF we are creating a new server, new owner, the same as the old server, it should be one or more Admins, simply because they knew how things ran,
As king said radda sounded unsure, so do NOT give up hope yet,
Radda, im with kav, there is literally NO SERVER THE SAME AS RADDA, you get the balance of everything just right, not too much power, but not deprived, having kits/ asking rather than no build rights, being free to do whatever, not forced into an area. We are all happy with a downgraded version of what we have, its ALOT better then completly losing the community the server has

Thank you so much Radda, i really appreciate the fact that you ran the main thing in my live for the last 8 months, this was the first and pretty much only server i have been on.
And forever will be the server i call 'Home'
Being admin was great, even if it was stressful at times, but helping run the thing that was really important for so many people was a great experiance.
Also i meet some of the coolest people in the world on here, these included ALL the modmins except one or two (expert etc)
But i really wanna thank Nistune and Kaval, for being the main reason i came on :tongue.gif:, talking to you guys just made my day, and i know for a fact we will play together in the future, but it felt apprioate to mention it. You guys are great, and full of good advice, despite what nistune thinks xD
I really hope you make the map public, or at least allow us to get on for a day or two, to get screenshots of our favourite things, but we understand if that is too dificult.
No offence to anyone, but if he is going to pass on the server to someone, i strongly feel that it should be an Admin, as to be honest they no how the server was run best, out of everyone (execluding radda).
So i guess fearwell, and cya guys where ever we meet up.
All im going to say radda is, people are starting to lose hope, the least you can do, is say something, even if it is as little as "Shutting down, cya"
I hope that isnt the case of course, but at least everyone would know, and be able to move on :/

Nah, i think when its 21/12/12 where the mayans lived, it will end, so ,most likely Kiwi Land would end on 22/12/12
