Answer to question: Its a faction server with other stuff added in the mix, If you want to know what happens in the server its mainly 1 person building the server and the other working on plugins. My name is is Ricky or my IGN(in game name) derpyWonderboy.I am a co-owner of a server in development called Block Verse. The server will be
a factions server, with some tweaks to be a bit more different then every generic faction servers. Some of those features are custom enchantments, better pvp, health bars, Trails, UGlow, a section of maps for pvp, etc. But in order to accomplish these task we need staff.
Staff:
Me and the owner of the server thought the amount of people we require to recruit staff is 6. We will need 2 developers to work on the plugins that will make our server diverse and stand out. The other 2 will be builders,they will be doing all of the pvp maps and others thing with my help. The last 2 will be 2 moderators, they will be the ones on the clock, watching over the server when the server owners aren't there. They will be stopping conflict, report hacking,reporting exploits, and stopping anything negative throughout the server. To be up to date on which slots are still available for the staff recruitment, I have added a list of all the staff slots are available. IF the staff type has been crossed out in the list it signifies that the slot have already been taken. There will be a 24 hour grace period to update the thread from the new changes.

If you don't have any past or present experiences on working in staff and you are starting brand new, it wont harm you application in any way.
the thing we are looking for staff is people that are trust worthy and do a decent to amazing job on your position you want.
Quality On Your Position:
If the team accepts your application you will be joining a server to show your skills to us. If you want the position is a builder, you will be creating builds that the staff gives you, we rate it and see if you got the job. If you applied the position of a developer you will give us a plugin custom made by you. To prove the legitimacy of the plugin, you will skype with one of the staff and show the source code in eclipse(if you make a plugin where it harms the server, wont matter, it wont be the main server). Then we rate it and see if you get the job. The last position is mod. For this we will ask you many questions and staff and server regulations. If you had mostly satisfying answers you get the job.
