Build 4 seems to have fixed this issue.

Yes everything seems to be taking way to long for far too little and done incompletely.

What method will keep my saved games?

This was the first thing I tried after latest update. I thought why not just make flint and steel on a crafting table. And failed again

This was exactly it. I changed my lcd density. It made a lot of apps stop updating.

I took a short break from playing p.e. Now when I go to load the game in google play store under the all tab it says "Your device compatable with this version."

I have an HTC G2
Rooted cm7 ILWT

I have been rooted for about a year now and played before just fine.
