I'm playing on a server with a bunch of mods and so I disabled warp; however I like the concept of warp and I definitely think there needs to be a downside to using the higher end thaumcraft stuff. So I was wondering if there was a way to disable permanent warp (and maybe convert it to normal warp with something like an x2 or x4 multiplier?) without disabling temporary and normal warp.
Hey I'm having a problem with your mod, I can't figure out how to install it with the 1.6.2 you wouldn't happen to know how to install it in the latest version of minecraft would ya? Preferably along side forge and inventory tweaks
Hey guys I'm trying to make a sand spawner so that I can stand in one location and it will spawn sand somewhere else, but I am having trouble getting it to work right, every time I put the spawner in my world it crashes the world.
I have no idea how to work "Kamyu's Custom Spawner" and I haven't been able to find many tutorials on it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Oh also I would also like to change the block ID to get gravel and falling wool if possible. ty but that isn't my main concern right now, so if you can't help with that then that is cool.
What I am looking to do is basically make red and blue wool appear every time I press a button but I want them to be spawned in as falling entities in a 5 wide by 6 tall wall above the correct slot on the connect 4 grid.
I've seen something similar in seth bling's mount dinnerbone tutorial so I MIGHT be able to figure that out on my own.
the second issue I'm running into is once the wool blocks land I am going to assume they turn into normal wool again and fire doesn't work like it used to so I need a reliable way of resetting the board after a match.
I heard a rumor on Etho's latest single player lets play video that they are changing redstone in 1.5 anyone care to elaborate on where this rumor comes from / what exactly they are doing to redstone?
I'm not sure if this has been stated or not I haven't read the other post but you could always set up a system where a dispenser drops an item on a pressure plate and when the item disappears it triggers the next dispenser you would only need 3 dispensers in a sequence to make 15 minutes...so it would make a relatively compact 15 minute timer
Hey try this get your lever and run two lines out of it...a normal line and an inverted line...run the inverted line to one side of an RSNor and run the normal line to the other side of the same RSNor. Then create another RSNor further down and hook up the two RSNor latches to each other...keep repeating this process until you get the line as far down as you need it In theory it should work just make sure you don't put the RSNor latches too far apart
If your using redpower just hook up a clock to an RSnor when the clock is running it triggers one side of the RSNor when the clock is finished it triggers the other side...the pressure plate starts the clock...while the clock is running have the RSNor send a signal down a line and hit repeaters right before each light set the delay on the repeaters to the desired delay and wala you have lights that come on in sequence after hitting a pressure plate and go off after a given amount of time (I think that is what you were asking right?)
Hmm I've never played the xbox360 version but if repeaters are giving you trouble try using the old school repeater you'll have to skip a few lines but you can still trigger the whole thing from 1 button
Place your Redstone it shoots out another piece of Redstone from a dispenser and then turns your Redstone into Obsidian that is the basic idea
This is a slightly more compact version of the Obsidian Generator that KidmischiefHD(from YouTube) and I worked on. However it does not have a button to give you the first piece of redstone if you didn't bring redstone with you to the machine you have to reach inside the bottom dispenser and grab a piece. If you want a slightly larger design with a button please go to www.youtube.com/kidmischiefHD and watch his tutorial there is a slightly more compact design in the description of the video then is covered in the video.
Without further ado I give you the most compact obsidian generator I have seen to date
(encase the pictures aren't clear enough Lava goes in the top and Redstone goes in the Bottom)
Notch and Jeb said from day one that they would be adding a trading system and a reputation system (presumably to compliment the trading) chances are at first prices will be very high until you gain enough reputation with that village presumably by trading
