Your mods probably aren't compatible with each other.

Perhaps one mod isn't compatible with the other. See which mods are compatible with the minimap mod.

You can't use mods with previous versions because there are new functions within the core they're accessing that doesn't exist in previous versions. Sorry, it's impossible, stop trying.

Forge can't find the mod so remove it from the mod folder.

Try changing the seed.
Try disabling a all plugins and enable one at a time until you find the error.
Redownload MC server.

Might be because you're using your processor to process video data causing it to lag every now and then when something on your OS needs a little more CPU.

I recommend buying a video card for your PC. Perhaps a radeon 7770.

You need to learn the programming language that minecraf was created in which is Java. There are college courses you can take to learn this programming language or you can go learn java on your own like I did. Creating a minecraft mod follows that once you have basic knowledge of java!
