Your computer is laggy

May i ask why the server is currently offline?

Have you ever wanted a nice Spawn point with all the cool minecraft generations nearby? Well you can with this seed! This seed contains a store of biomes in a selective area and has 3 close Villages, A Couple of Abandoned Mineshafts and a Neat Double intersecting Ravine. You can see the ravine while being in the End portal room in the stronghold. Simple break the iron bars that's blocking your path and you have just entered a weird natural occurring Double intersecting Ravine. In a birds eye view of the Ravine its a Giant X. This Ravine has many dark caves to explore and gather its riches. Most of the caves you would think are lit but most of them have aphotic lighting. There's a few Wacky's in this seed, Like the Weird Desert Biome transition. Please Note when I emphasize "Ultimate" and "Best" I mean it in a opinion, not solid factual information, although many may agree! "This is a pretty cool seed!" <--- Opinion

Spawn:

This is the spawn! You spawn on a jungle floor with a Desert biome in your face and behind you obviously being the jungle. The mass terrain as soon as you spawn is yet to be explored!

Ravines:

A Few blocks down from the last picture is a Cave spider spawner!

Lemme just throw this out there. Currently I haven't found a Skeleton Dungeon. Clearly I need to do more exploring but in the mean-time I have supplied you with the standard boring Zombie dungeons

Almost a year has passed, and well over 100 episodes have been posted of my flagship series, The Minecraft Chronicles. The first season was just a small series, done with a few of my friends. This was just a simple, almost vanilla survival server. We had access to commands such as /home and /spawn, but aside from that, all vanilla concepts were in place, and no mechanics of the game were really changed.

Then, season two rolled around, and having a nice sized audience, I was able to send out a message to them, and get a decent sized community willing to come and join in the series, to create what was known as the Second Season of the Minecraft Chronicles. Now, the second season was a COMPLETE 180 from the first. No longer was the server a nice and simple vanilla server. EVERYTHING was changed. We moved to Spoutcraft, a client that would allow the server to push mods to it's clients. We had custom blocks, a server-wide texture pack, custom items, Factions, access to weapons that never before existed... All of this... with the intention to kill one another... to develop and conquest!

At the same time, the server was developed with one idea in mind. One simple notion... To make the single hardest multiplayer experience on a Minecraft server! With this in mind, we put the server into Ultra Hardcore mode. There was no such thing as natural health regeneration. One had to craft golden apples. We added Creeper's Day, a random day that has 1 3% chance of occurring where all mobs would transform into Creepers of Electric Creepers (of course, all explosions are enabled). Yet, that wasn't enough. Winter biomes became deadly without armour... Desserts could bake you alive if you weren't properly suited up... and if swimming, one could easily drown if wearing armour! To make all of this even more terrifying, on death, said player that died lost their inventory (It was destroyed instead of dropped) and was banned for 15 minutes.

This, coupled with the hostile environment created by the factions lead to countless war fought, constant strain between groups of alliances. The world was at war.

Now, two months later, and 50 episodes later, I've wanted to bring an end to the old series, the old map, and the old server. For the Third season of my series, The Minecraft Chronicles, I want to expand my server to the realms of the internet past that of my community, to those who are willing to participate in the hardest and most grueling of all Minecraft servers.

In season three, we start fresh, new map, new inventories, and new players, new server. Of course, the difficulty will remain as high as ever, and the competition will remain fierce! Everyone will be split into groups, all who want one another's blood. There will be those who conquer, and those who ragequit (and hopefully come back and rebuild!) after being conquered. Yes, the third season of this series will be larger than ever!

Now that the task of describing the general atmosphere of the server and it's past is over with, to the other details!


While I'm by no means huge on Youtube, I am of a decent size, being well over 5500 subscribers strong. I really do not think that such a number is a good means of judging one's quality, but it gives a reference the size of this project. My goal is to get at least 70 new recruits. Of course, this number will dwindle, as those who cannot keep up leave, and those who are too soft realize that this isn't the place for them. In the end, I'm hoping to get a minimal of 30 regular players, all of which who are survival experts, and most of which I hope will want me dead in game!

Of those players who do play on a regular basis, I am on the lookout for players willing to record and upload their experiences and perspectives of the server as fellow Minecraft Chronicle members. This is because the experience that I failed to create in Season Two, where major super powers would record on a regular basis, has become a huge driving force of this season. I'm not going to hide it, a huge goal of this server as a place of recording is to help the health of my channel. HOWEVER! Along side with this, the image I've had with this server was to be one where people who recorded on the server would gain recondition through the series, to create one large, unified community of fellow "Chroniclers".

Now! If you would like to join in the Third Season of the Chronicles, there are a few steps that you must go through.

First, I require a small application. This can either be done here, or through the Youtube PM system. In your application, you must submit the following:

- Your experiences in Minecraft related to survival
- Something to demonstrate your will to move forward
- Your Minecraft Username

Optional things to include, but a huge plus if you have:

- SPOUTCRAFT! This is hugely important if you plan on being a normal member, as all of the current members use Spoutcraft to get the full experience.
- Links to your Youtube Channel
- Links to a video you've made
- If your video has your voice in it, kudos to you!
- Pictures, videos, or anything that might show me what you've done in Minecraft

Also, if you know others that may interested, of if you are a group of people interested in joining, please specify such a thing! It is a huge bonus, as it will give you a feeling of familiarity, so you aren't thrown into a world of nothing but foreign people.

Lastly, in terms of requirements to get onto the server and join us in recording, you must have the following:
- A legitimate (Premium) Minecraft Account
- Spoutcraft (To actually log onto the Chronicles Server
- A regular on my Chronicles Public Server
- A Skype account to join the group chat
- The ability to access and edit a Google Docs page
- Mumble, and the ability to connect to my personal server
