Hello people, i had an idea for minecraft, lot of people have probably already posted a thread about it, but im making one anyway.
So my idea was, there should be waterfall in the game, and by waterfall, not the single waterfall block of water in the rock, i mean, REAL waterfall, like a river that goes in the ocean. Id like to have like a secret cave under the waterfall like in games :3
They did not add river to the game for the nothing i hope
The biome creation has changed again. And according to the code, that place should be a snow biome now. Just because the landscape was generated before, doesn't mean the biome is the same. The biome runs by code, not landscape.
So, that's why you've ice everywhere now. New biome code => old maps + new biome = server shows the biome according to the new code.

ok, look, back in 1.5 i think , one of my world started spawning ice in the water for no reason and now, in my server its started again, in version 1.1
JUST TAKE A LOOK. I ABANDONNED MY WORLD BECAUSE OF THIS LAG AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO RESTART A NEW SERVER. CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WTF IS HAPPENING! thank you :smile.gif:
you got to lvl 50 legit? gratz ! thats hard to do :biggrin.gif: unless you used a trap or mob grinder that would explain but i suppose its good :smile.gif:
Your idia are great put the problem is that i think that they are to busy to do such things because its probably long to do all that stuff you want... so i guess we will have to wait :tongue.gif:
