How well with this run minecraft and other programs?
What graphics system?
One of my laptops has similar specifications to that, with an Nvidia Quadro 1000M. I don't run Minecraft on it, but it generally kicks ass. :smile.gif:
[edit]Oh, sorry, I just noticed that it has a substantially slower processor. I still would expect it to work well, if it has a good video card.
I can't find anything on the Internet to indicate that computer can accept a video card. What motherboard connection does it use?
Slimlines are a PITA for video, you need to find a low-profile model. If that HP is similar to a Dell I have sitting here, it's basically a laptop in a desktop case.
If you move to another computer, I would recommend a standard size case. It's much easier to find upgrade parts for, and to work on.
Perhaps you misunderstood RaidZero's comment. The most common cause of "cannot bind to port" is placing an IP address in server.properties. The line should look like this:
However, you seem to be running on a larger than normal network range.
That is to say, the majority of home networks have the first three numbers in their IP addresses the same. You are showing an address in 192.168.2 and another in 192.168.1. Is that correct?
Hello i started my server with my Ip :192.168. .......
then someone said that i need another Ip because this one was only for local
and he gave me the site IPchicken
So i portfowarded the Ip Ipchicken gave me
and it doesnt work anymore
it says Fail to bind to port
But it work with the ip :192.168. .......
I suspect that "portforwarded" doesn't mean what you think it means. Did you log into your router, go to its forwarding (or virtual server, or similar) page, and tell it to send traffic addressed to Minecraft's port to your server?
(You don't need to hide your local address, it is only reachable from your network.)

It's monthly. If you click on their order link, it says that explicitly.

Nope.

That's an Hamachi IP, I'm pretty sure.

Don't guess it is anything I would be particularly bothered by.

Every minute or so is not a DDoS. Five thousand a second, that may be a DDoS. :wink.gif:

What is that Apple thing you showed in the first post?
You need to forward ports at the location where packets enter your network. That would generally be at your router.
