If you're using MySQL and the frontend and daemon are on different machines, make sure the IP of the front end/daemon are whitelisted on the MySQL user(s). If you have a firewall, either disable it or make sure to allow communication on all necessary ports, which by default are 25565, and 25465.

Can you be more specific as how to whitelist the IPs on MySQL? Like the file name to put the IPs in and where it is located.

I also allowed all communications for the IPs and ports in my firewall, even tried turning it off, and still no luck getting the front end to install/work.
I even tried the manual directions of installing the control panel from http://www.multicraf...ge?view=install, downloaded the "panel" directory and tried getting the browser to open the "install.php" but nothing happened.

Does Multicraft work with Amazon's ec2 servers?

I have a minecraft server set up on Amazon for my kids and their cousin and would like an easier way to administer the server. Such as what Multicraft provides. I installed Multicraft on the server not problem, but when I go to install the front end by using a browser to download and install the front end it refuses to connect.
