    Check your Firewall and Antivirus.

I don't want to be rude but did you even read my post ? I clearly said that I disabled my antivirus and firewall completely and it still doesn't work

    Steps I have tried
    • Uninstall everything then reinstall everything (minecraft, java), latest versions, multiple times
    • Use an older version of Java (jre7)
    • Disable my antivirus and firewall completely (I saw a solution to this problem is to uninstall McAfee – I don't use McAfee, I use Windows Defender (default antivirus of Windows 10), and I disabled it)
    • Reboot my PC many times
    • Update all my drivers
    • Spend a week looking on Google trying to solve this problem but no luck so far

    Thank you anyway
