I see you have done a lot of work into this, and you should be proud of yourself. I'm serious, this is a lot of work. But to tell you the truth... it's too complicated. I'm sorry, but at times like this, it's just best to say: "It's just a game"
I hope this doesn't discourage you in any way though. You have a talent for coming up with ideas I think. With a little good work, I think that one day, you might just be able to make an idea that will appeal to all.
thanks I figured that out on my own while messing around so i have a pressure plate that does nothing with some powder lined up next to it and another pressure plate next to a stone wall when really the wall is above a hole with redstone in it :smile.gif: connected to a arrow dispenser facing the plate
so are you saying a inverter would detect a break in the redstone circuit and send a signal?
You can do something similar for the same effect.
(side view)
= dust
If a block is pushed into the gap, it will block the flow of a signal from both directions.
Once the block is pulled out of the gap, it will allow the flow of a signal again.
If you want to send a signal when the gap is closed, just slap an inverter down the line a bit.
when gravel or sand falls on top of dust, it will break, so you must use a piston for this.
Hope that helps.

trying to drop gravel with redstone on it to fall into place after a piston pushes a block below but the redstone just pops out of the block and ends the trap:(
Try telling what mod you were using and what version of Minecraft you have. Are the two compatible?
But my experience is that when you black screen after installing a mod you´re best to re-install Minecraft or double check the instructions to see if you missed anything.
there is a 'roaming' java folder with a specific minecraft file you have to delete

The video recorder didn't like it when i clicked on the 2 gb video before it rendered.
This was after I shawshank out of a spawn point, whose stone blocks kept reappearing after i punched them.
I found some redstone and wheat in a treasure chest!

The file was 2 gb tho and when I clicked on it too early before it rendered it didn't like that.
lol if anyone wanted to see me punch my way out of a spawn point hole whose blocks keep re-appearing
it was like the shank.

however since we are on the subject maybe when it picked you up it could take you to a dangerous height and dangle you.
I just feel we need something to shoot at besides skeletons and creepers.
Thoughts?

those dragons are clearly a sign that they have won somewhere...

clearly for a dragon to pick you up it would have to bite you
no this mob would have to have talons, dragons dont pick up they slice
maybe like a flyingmj

Maybe armor could prevent it from taking you that far?

open up your explorer window for you computer
in the address bar paste
C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\
but instead of chris use the user name you are assigned to when using the computer normally or for minecraft
that should lead you to the folder where the mods need to be uninstalled
or you could delete it and reinstall
I used to just delete the minecraft java file and i beleived during loader the update would re-install
