Okay, ignore my previous post; I just tried the terrain file you provided and it worked just fine. The issue might be that the texture pack system in Minecraft is rejecting your pack for some reason. Try replacing the terrain file the old fashioned way.
Hope this helps.

Jan 22, 2011I bet it's because that the code doesn't read the transparency from blocks that are intended to be opaque. In other words, the code would need to be altered in order to prevent this. I could be mistaken of course, there might be other ways around it that I am unaware of.Posted in: Skins

Oct 31, 2010I was thinking that another cool addition to The Nethers would be a different type of fish that live in the vast "lakes" of lava. Possibly, this would require a better fishing rod, and maybe this fish could be used to lure monsters to a certain spot if thrown.Posted in: Suggestions
Additions and feedback welcome.
Oct 23, 2010Since obsidian doesn't have much of a use (Not including portals in the next update) and is difficult to acquire, I think being able to make obsidian arrows would be pretty cool.Posted in: Suggestions

Obsidian arrows should have higher accuracy and/or twice the damage of normal arrows.
That's pretty much all the explanation this needs; being a pretty simple idea. Any feedback would be welcome.
