Real solution is to use a dedicated graphics card specifically designed for gaming, yours is only designed for office programms.
That has nothing to do with it. There's more issues than just a silly graphics card.
You said you were using mods, so yes, you'll need to allocate your game more RAM.
To check how much you have, CTRL + ALT + DEL --> Task Manager
Then go to performance, then...
Here, you can see my Memory. You'll want to use something under your right most number.
Now go into the launcher, go to Launch Options, go to your game profile and click on it.
If you look, you can see `-Xmx4G`. You'll want to replace the 4 with a number that will work for your system that won't "use too much". 3 is a good place to start generally.
Have you made sure all of your graphics drivers are up-to-date? This happens sometimes when your graphics drivers are missing or broken, so if you do have them installed, re-download and reinstall and see if that fixes it.
One of your biomes died in a certain plugin. Check out "C:/Users/David/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/config/CustomSpawner/dreamworld/Biomes/AT.cfg" and see if you can find out what's up.
You most likely didn't save the world correctly and the mod freaked out.

I don't understand how people disagree with this. They arn't EA, the people running the pay to win servers are.

If they just let people have rank perks like kits and stuff, but demanded owners to emphasize more on how they can get support for purchases from them. This wouldn't of been an issue of servers would of just did that.

Well, obviously those 3 mods aren't loading properly on the client. Might want to make sure that the client isn't throwing errors when it's starting
