My problem is when I put on a texture pack, i can use it perfectly. But it changes the language. And when I try and change it to Canadian (English), it reverts to some random language. Any suggestions?
I made a server. A regular one. Everyone can connect fine. So I installed guns on it. I can connect, and use them as they should. But when others try to connect, they cannot. They have the mod(s) for singleplayer, and could connect before. If I use the regular server software, rather than the .bat, they can connect. for first correct answer.

But I found when I connect to a modded server and the mods on it are ex: planes and guns, and I have guns, I Can CONNECT, but it will automatically kick me. See, when they try to connect, it says "can't reach server". So i'm almost certain it's a communication error. Remember: They can connect if I use the default software, instead of the .bat
For the sake of it all, I pasted a transcript of starting the server with the batch file...

What the title says. I modded my Minecraft server, and I ran the java version. I went on and I successfully used the guns as they should be used. But when my friend (s) tried to connect, it said "Can't Reach Server". All the connecting players even have it for singleplayer!I'm running a REGULAR server, not Bukkit. If it's of any importance, the mod is Flan's WW2 Guns Mod. for first correct answer.
I installed the WW2 Guns mod for my server, and it works perfectly. But my friends cannot connect. They got it for singleplayer. Yesterday, when no mods were on, it worked like a perfect angel...
Thanks for responding so quickly! There's just one problem. When I start the .batch file, a cmd
window pops up for a split second, and it says "unable to access jarfile minecraft_server.jar"
EDIT: I fixed it! Turns out I needed the .jar to be EXACTLY named minecraft_server. Thanks so much!!
EDIT2: I can connect, but other's can't. They have the mod for singleplayer and could connect before I installed mods.
