I just wanted to login to the server, and I got this message:

'Disconnected by server

Xray Appeal Spam'


First I'd like to say that I didn't spam. Me and someone else were just trying to have a conversation with you.
I estimate I typed a total of 5 lines about it, why is that spam?

Also, you banned me after I logged out, and I had already stopped talking about it before I logged out for atleast half an hour, so it makes no sense at all!


I'd like to know if I'm permanently banned, or temporarily. And if temporarily, for how long.
I like the server a lot :s I don't want to be banned.. I did nothing wrong :s



I think you should ban people for something like this, because we were just trying to have a conversation with you about it, asking what would be good proof that you would accept, stuff like that.

It's not as if I spammed 'HE DIDNT USE XRAY' 100 times or something.
As an admin/warden you should help people and listen to them, instead the only thing you say is 'no' and 'not my problem'.

Well, thats all I want to say/know about it, I hope someone will answer my questions.

(For people that weren't online.. A friend of me got banned for Xray, but he didn't use xray he was following someone that used it: GoldenRod_King (or Goldenrod_King something like that).
Me and someone else were then asking how he could get unbanned, Goggy wanted proof.. So we asked what kind of proof would be good and stuff like that.)

1, you can find the ip people need to connect to your server with here:
www.whatismyip.com
And leave the section in the properties file blank :wink.gif:

2, port forwarding is very, VERY important.
Without it people cant join your server. There are a lot of guides on the internet..

3, Well, you need to install the mod on your client and on the server.
If a mod is multiplayer-compatible, a installation tutorial will be on the mod's thread, and there will a seperate file for the server, just look on the thread of the mod.

You don't run minecraft 'on' hamachi.
Hamachi is just a way to not have to port-forward.

You should port forward your router (the minecraft port is 25565 and port forward guides can be found easily by googling)

Then try to connect to your server.

You should be able to connect to your own router. Typ 'localhost' as ip, or 'local host'.

And if other people want to connect to your server, they need the external ip, can be found here www.whatismyip.com

Just typ 98 for stone brick, and 98:1 for mossy stone brick.

Can you provide more info?..

I guess you are on a server, wich has a shop plugin, and the server owners have set up a store in wich thy sell stuff.

Now, I think the shop owner just didnt put those things into the shop.

For a full list of the names and id's of all items/blocks you should look on the wiki.

Uhm, you didnt 'install' the picture named 'cool'. You need to put it in a map called 'Tut', because you named it that. Put that map inside your minecraft.jar...

I could make 3 more tent doors and 3 more sleeping bags to match auto tents but uses 6 block ids already using quite a lot :/ hard all these decisions.
