Played this mod with a few friends after we got bored of minecraft and I must say it's pretty sweet. The only problem I have (which I'm sure a lot of you must have already posted) are dungeons. Upon entering one, my friends were saying there's a specific mob that makes your cursor stay focused on him, and if we're connected on the same server once this happens we all crash except for the person having the cursor stick on him.
We understand this is in it's developing stages and I'm sure the team is very busy, I still wanted to show my appreciation for such an amazing mod.
The worlds that are being generated very rarely have EVERY type of biome, including villages, nether fortresses, and blaze spawners, and only much later on after hours of gameplay do players realize they will never get the FULL experience from their beautiful world they made and are forced to create a new world and carry on.
THE SOLUTION: Add an option that generates the world the way you want. For example: Before generating the world, there would be a list of biomes and a bar saying 0%-90%, allowing you to choose what biomes you want off and/or how much of each biome you want. This would solve a lot of problems and make the game better, because already ask any player and they will tell you they lost hours of work over worlds that were lacking.
Also, have the option to include at least 1 village, and 1 nether fortress, that way there the world will be sure to have one and no need for a new generated world.
In my opinion this would be one of the greatest updates yet, because my little siblings and I are tired of making new worlds and losing so much progress after finding out and saying to ourselves "The terrain is perfect but there's no nether fortress!" or "There's no mushroom biome but we did so much work" etc.
I for one found a map with 8 villages, perfect terrain to build and everything BUT I have yet to see 1 netherfortress, netherwart, blazes, after exploring the nether completely.
Oh and also, maybe the bonus chest can include 1 of each farm-able item in game. 1 Netherwart, 1 cactus, 1 pumpkin seed, 1 melon seed, ETC for people who spawn in worlds who have no cacti or netherwarts.
I have no idea if this is possible for them to even do so, but if they did it would be a lot of fun to join public games and have some pop fun, although the map would be briefed within days, and the X-ray glitch would need to be fixed, due to people finding bases and such underground.
I must admit, I do enjoy pvp quite a bit, and public maps would be so awesome
I think that, if it's at all practical to program this sort of feature into the XBox version, it would be a terrific way to compensate us for not being able to have unlimited worlds and having the option to "customize" our choice of biomes might even make it a better feature than having unlimited worlds, where you might have to walk for great distances just to find exactly what you're wanting anyways.

sorry for double post I just remembered something VERY IMPORTANT.

I have a couple of ideas that you can add to the minecraft world that would be awesome.
1. VOLCANOES These volcanoes would erupt very rarely, and shoot out lava, rocks, and make the sky grey for a few minecraft days, allowing mobs to spawn and making the world EXTREMELY dangerous to go outside.
2. SHARKS Sharks would add some danger to the oceans, and it would be cool to see sharks eating squids and chasing you while in your boat. Maybe you can even catch a shark and place it in a tank or something.
How does nether loading work? Does it generate upon world generation or upon entering?
I am thinking about entering the nether only in a further update to see if nether fortresses will be there, seeing as I have none now and I saved BEFORE entering the nether, so all I would have to do is enter the nether on a next update right?
I don't think they will add the option to keep a server online while the host goes offline, it has to be hosted from someone somewhere. But what WOULD be cool is if people can make their worlds "public" and if there were a list of worlds online that you can play on without being their friend. That would be awesome

I see many threads being posted about topics like this with no real clarification, it would be nice.
