Since this actually modifies the jar file (in that it requires forge), it requires both server and client-side mods. Therefore, you need to have each individual install it as well as the server.
Getting started in AM2 is quite simple to do.
First, you need to find a pool of liquid etherium:
Place an item frame within a few blocks of the pool, and put a book into the item frame, and watch the show.
This will give you the Arcane Compendium, which has everything you need to continue using the mod, from guides, to structures, to items, to bosses.
The Compendium by default is staged to unlock as you go - this can be turned off via config.
Keep in mind, the compendium doesn't limit progress, so even if something is locked, you can still craft and use it. Using and crafting items/blocks that you haven't yet unlocked will unlock them, as well as other items directly related to them.

I'm having trouble with Optifine...
AM2 supports Optifine only in the main mods directory. It will not work if optifine is in a subdirectory. Move optifine there and it should work.
Note that disabling optifine by changing the extension to .disabled currently will not work - you need to move it out of the folder completely.

Like redstone only carries current 13 blocks or so, the glass panels could, if encased in non-opaque blocks, carry the light further than it would normally travel (like optic fibers). Ok I think I need some help I've searcehd around the forum,maybe I did it wrong because I found nothings. The server is running on a centOS 5 - 64 bits I see no error at start up of the server but in the config folders it seems that it's not creating bibliocraft.cfg but on the single player client version evrythings working

The 1st Shelve in the 1st row and the 2nd row Shelve don't connect and it looks funny.
I think the 1st Shelve in the 1st row and the Shelve in the 2nd row should join. Now I don't know how hard this would be to code but if Mojang can make chests do it you sure as hell can do it Maybe make it combine the inventory space?

weapons rack: sort of like the item rack for swords and things only it is a 1.25 block tall rack taht can hold 4 swords or other weapons.
barrel: a storage container used to hold liquids.
special note: if fill with water then add a II strength potion, it will change from holding water to holding 25 I strength potions (retrieve potions by right clicking with empty bottle)
carpeted tables: put carpet on table and it will position to fit over the hole thing.
