XCOPY is practically made for tasks like this one, though. And it likely performs the task better.

Hey, look at what my full time hard work pulled off. A new update! This time it zips the directory structure correctly! Hopefully nobody cracks it or all my hard work will have gone to waste!

Oh man, that was so hard. My fingers are nearly bleeding because of all the work it took to do that! Maybe you guys should all pay me as well, since I took such a massive chunk of time out of my extremely important life to come up with it.
