    Anyone know of a mod that works nearly the same to the structure block (saves to file that I can transfer between worlds) yet doesn't have the annoying 32 block limit? A plus if it has modded block support.

    It seems that ISM is crashing my minecraft server. Possibly because it's a headless server (no gui installed ubuntu server). Any way to fix?

    On 1.7 Ender IO had an item called the exchanger, that allowed you to replace blocks with another block in a certain radius, and it used items from your inventory. Is there a similar item available for 1.10.2?

    posted a message on Buildcraft Alternatives for 1.8+?

    Anyone know good alternative mods for buildcraft as the most recent version it supports officially is 1.7.10? We are looking to update our server from 1.7.10 to a more recent version, and are looking for alternatives to some mods that won't work any more.


    Some key things we are looking for in the mod:


    - Copy/Paste building machine (in BC, it uses blueprints that are written from a machine, and then rebuilt using a different machine)

    - Shape generater (Filler machine. Can make cubes, stairs, circles, pyramids automatically based on allotted size

    - Quarry ( auto mine large areas and store in chests)


    PS: Anyone know why Thermal Dynamics is the only CoFH mod not updated past 1.7.10?

    posted a message on CodeChickenCore Won't Load

    I'm trying to have CodeChickenCore included in my mods so I can use items from RedstoneArsenal and CoFHCore. When I start GradleStart however, a window comes up from CCC asking for mcp conf directory, which I point it to

    ~/.gradle/caches/minecraft/net/minecraftforge/forge/1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10/unpacked/conf


    (More specifically an alias because I can't view that folder by default, but that shouldn't matter).


    After I choose the folder, nothing happens. No more stdout in the console. It just seems to stall.

    Edit: Solved:

    To fix it I had to copy the files it thought were missing into a new folder (I just placed the files in <project_root>/mcpconf.

    I copied fields.csv, methods.csv, params.csv, and packaged.srg. After that when I loaded up GradleStart and it prompted me I chose that folder and it worked.

    How can I make a block slippery like ice but not slow the player down. When running on ice I noticed the player slows a bit on it. I want them to stay normal speed but still slide when they stop.

    This mod isn't working for me. My ice is still melting. Using mc 1.7.10 with Forge 1448.

    Is there a way to force all lighting in an area around the player to update? I'm using the colored lights mod (beta), and it is having major rendering issues. As in there is 0 light being emitted except for the block torches/lights are on. To fix it I have to replace the block every time I load up the map. Is there a way to force all those lights to update so stuff is visible without removing and replacing them?

    Its just as it is above. There is actually no mention of subblocks in the method body, and when I added "setCreativeTab(CreativeTabs.tabBlock);" it just doesn't work.

    I have the method

    public void getSubBlocks(Block block, CreativeTabs tab, List list) {
        for (int i = 0; i < 16; i++) {
            list.add(new ItemStack(block, 1, i));
        }
    }


    But only item0 shows up in the creative tab.
