He's suggesting you download a texture pack to change the color.

Have you tried using MC Patcher or anything? You can't change things like grasscolor.png or other shaders without using a texture patcher, unless you want to directly modify the files in your minecraft.jar.

I am talking about my own texture pack on this

I have tried mcpatcher. I am trying to cheat mcpatchers CTM to letting me make orange birch leaves of my own texture, but I was asking if I would run into problems because of the birch leaves textures on the fast mode.

Ok, so I want my birch tree to have orange leaves. I tried using a birchcolor.png, but that didnt look good, so I thought about using CTM to make the leaves orange, but than I thought about how the birch leaves on fast mode would work. Is there a way to get it working?

It needs to be named Goblinoid. It just... needs it.

God I am obsessed with goblins now, Its probably because I have been feeling really nostalgic about runescape because of reddit.

Ok, more progress on the new version of mixed nuts.

I am not working on this one any more.

I actually kind of liked that one better, it was more smoother with lower contrast.

Ok, I started creating my pallete and some new textures. Behold, Mixed nuts V2 (so far :P)

I like a knitted wool type, it was inspired by one of northeners old incomplete texture packs :)

I am thinking about redo'ing my texture pack mixed nuts to have a more defined theme. By defined theme, I mean something that makes a texture pack different from another. Loafcraft has a very defined style, low contrast, bright, low saturation. and stuff like Grim evening, dark, simple, ETC.

Im gonna start recreating a new pallete for my texture pack, so does anyone have any tips?

Also, im thinking about canceling or putting mixed nuts on hiatus to start a 16x16 texture pack based on a certain theme: a groggy morning feel.

Hey, this is my entry to the WTC. What do you guys think?

    It's a Frayab!
    Frayaiua sativus

It grows in semi-tropical conditions and tastes like a honey/raspberry/creamy fruit. It has a fleshy flesh similar to a nectarine. It only grows on the island of Deonyia. :D

I think it needs more shading in spots.

I have ran into a problem.

I found this texture pack on PMC that is an edit of sphax's 16x version of his texture pack. Link

I didnt know whether it was allowed so I looked at BDcrafts license. Being the idiot I am, I am not sure whether I can report it or not.
    Link to BDcraft license

Can anyone help me so we can deliver justice if we need to?

Texture making has been slow recently because I've been focusing a lot on keyboard stuffs. With some luck I might have some music coming up. If I can get these damn cables working aah. I've been trying to "redo" Grim Evening with that palette I made. It doesn't look that bad, actually.

I do feel like I need to add more colors, though. I'm not sure which.

I think some things have too much or less contrast in comparison to other ones, like sandstone and the melon
