private server run from my own computer, dont feel comfortable givin out the ip mate. its a vanilla server in 1.14.3

Thanks! I'm currently using the troll chest method, because my server cant support plugins at the moment. I'm waiting for them to get on, and I'm gonna watch tehm in spectator mode.

I only know because I've heard conversations on discord about it, but I have no definitive proof. If anyone knows a way I can block them (like having the server recommend the default texture pack) or catch people using them, that'd be nice. Thanks!
