I know what you mean perfect, servers like that were pretty much the reason why I went to terraria for RP servers. Don't worry about this server though, I asked about rp experience in the app because I want admins who are actually into rp and know how to enforce it and/or help or give tips to other players on rp.

    Status - Pre-Launch

    About the Server
KingdomCraft is a server based around Millenaire. The player limit will be high enough to support dozens of people. Through the power of Millenaire, the world is inhabited by 3 Kingdoms, each a different religion. The three kingdoms are lead by 3 player kings. You choose which kingdom to start in as a player villager among many npc's and possibly some other players. Over time you can do quests for your king and gain his favor. Eventually, he might grant you the ability to start your own millenaire village as a colony under this king in order to spread your great kingdom's influence.

When relations between kingdoms worsen or conflicts occur over things such as land in the case of colonization, battles may start between neighboring colonies. Battles may even escalate into war if the colony convinces their king that such battles put the colony at great risk. The main goal in a battle/raid is to break the colony leader's bed and/or burning down the colony leader's castle and then killing all the men in the village in order to steal all the items in the village.

I always eventually ended up getting bored by some "life rp's" I've been on in terraria, so this server MAY have a loose storyline with a villain of some sorts. One thing I did like about some terraria servers was that atleast there actually was some rp. This server is for those who would like to really get into a minecraft server like being a character in a book like I would. Right now I can't be sure that there will be a storyline to the rp soon, but you can expect that there will be storyline. Rp won't be too strict if you don't want it to, but don't go full ooc and ruin the experience for others with things like "LOL" and "fk typing corectly u guyz cn understand me anwas" and that crap. Also this server is NON-HAMACHI.

    Rules
    1.) Respect the admins.
*They are responsible for their respective kingdoms and citizens and upholding the rules and roleplay*.
2.) Griefing IS allowed but at a minimum unless in a battle/raid. TNT is battle/raid-EXCLUSIVE.
2.2)Griefing in your own kingdom and stealing will be considered an in-rp crime
3.) No cheats or hacks of any kind. The rules are lax enough, don't push it.
4.) Roleplay at all times. Use () to denote ooc speech.
5.) Don't be a jerk ooc. That means no sexual/racial/etc. slurs in ooc(anything else is ok).
5.5) That also means if someone says a "bad word," don't make a big deal about it. This is a realistic rp.
6.) The server follows these rules not the forum guidelines/rules.
    Jobs
Jobs are like classes in KingdomCraft but are much more like simple guidelines rather than limiting what you can do. Each job has a specifically colored leather hat to indicate your job (Except for Knight), meaning you can't wear that type of hat unless you have that job. You don't have to wear it all the time, but you do have to wear it when on summon. Your king dictates when you HAVE to do what is said in your job so be ready to get called upon for your job if the time arises, otherwise you can pretty much do whatever you want or just focus on building your colony up. Choose a job that you'd like to do regularly anyways. (list is likely to change)
:-( ): Diplomat:Colony leaders can be representatives for their kingdom. They can travel to other kingdoms to try and keep good relations up with their kings. A King can summon a diplomat for 2 reasons. A diplomat can be summoned to his/her king in times of war to sign a treaty with the opposing kingdom. They can also be summoned during war to request an alliance with another kingdom against the opposing kingdom.
Given a :LH: Cyan Cap:LH: upon request.
:GoldBar: Merchant: Anyone can be a merchant for their kingdom. Merchants can travel to other kingdoms to trade to different colonies. Merchants can be summoned to his colony leader or king when there is a shortage or surplus of an item and trade is necessary. If you are a colony leader you will most likely only do your job on summons.
Given a :LH: Beige Hat:LH: upon request.
 Adventurer: Anyone can be an adventurer. This is the kind of job you'll want if you like to explore and scout out land. Colony leaders or kings will call upon adventurers to scout out territory and look for land for more colonies. Adventurers will also find resources for their kingdom. This means finding forests to chop down and prospecting for ores.
Given a :LH: Silver Helm:LH: upon request.
:DSWORD: Knight: Anyone can be elected to the knight job(May be changed later). When the kingdom is recruiting knights, everyone votes on who they believe should be a knight, one candidate at a time (the vote being yes/no), with kings votes counting as 5 and colonial leader votes counting as 3. Knights should be adept warriors and responsible for the kingdom. They should be quick to respond during summons to battles and when the kingdom is under attack. You also get to wear diamond armor once you acquire it You can choose whether or not to stack this upon your previous job
    Given a :Diamond:Diamond Helmet:Diamond: upon request.
Other: If you think of anything else, just post it below.

Is there a mod that allows you to make worldedit-style selections of blocks disappear and reappear through redstone or something? I made a tardis and I want to make tardis exteriors in different parts of the world and have it to where only one is actually materialized at a time so it's actually like a tardis.

Well then I don't know whta is wrong :(

Can you try it yourself, see if it happens to you? All I do is right-click the sign, left-click on the "stop upgrades" button and it changes to "allow upgrades", press escape, then right-click the sign again and every button is rest back to "stop upgrades" and they wont stop upgrading the buildings that I clicked stop upgrades on. Forge mods can't have compatibility issues with eachother can they?

In your village press one of the signs and theres a choosing thing that you can choose what to upgrade in your village (right click).

Tried that. Doesn't do anything. The choosing thing resets as soon as I close it.

    -snip-

Hey how come on the 1.4.2 version whenever I try to stop upgrades on any buildings in my player-controlled village through the project screen, everything always reverts back to what it was default once I press esc. I'm trying to get my palace upgraded already. Also, I made a peasant house and when they went to upgrade that it ended up with no way in, completely walled off.
