I don't have a problem with a gaming Friday. Everybody deserves at least one day off per week. I'm happy for Notch that he isn't throwing his life away for this game, and is still developing it at a steady rate. However, as many others have said, he had the choice of when to update to 1.6. He, being the developer, should have known that implementing all of those bugfixes was bound to cause some more problems. Some of them have been addressed in a speedy manner. This is good. But some remain, and there is one in particular I keep hearing that isn't simply a graphical bug; it severely affects gameplay. Notch and his crew should be smart enough to schedule some extra long hours after each update.
Think about it: 2 days out of the month (updates are roughly monthly) he has to work extra hard in a speedy fashion. Then, in compensation, he can take 2 extra days off when the bugs are fixed. I'd rather have Beta 1.7's release be delayed a few days then have 1.7 come out and then have to wait days for a CRUCIAL bugfix. He would still be spending the same amount of time working, but minecrafters would have to wait to play NEW features, instead of waiting to just be able play the game at all.
For 1000 straight rails, you need 375 iron ingots. If you use powered rails then depending on how many you use it will be less iron and more gold. If you use the old boosters it will be FAR more iron.

I agree, but in this case I think he just didn't know the length of 1 block. If we told him 1 block is 1 meter long he could have figured it out (I'm hoping.)

As seen in my earlier posts I was getting minecraft today. Well I bought it And it has been 4 hours and i still havent gotten an email and it still says im regular I've looked all over the support page and i STILL Havent found a solution to my problem... F M L :idon'tapprove:
