What can you bring to the server: I can bring peacefulness to the server but most especially, the happiness and fun. I can help players in need especially with their problems and concerns. I can backup the server owner if he cant be online. I can offer 3-4 hours to the server. I will finish all my jobs with the best of my abilities. Even though I am an admin, I can still help build creations needed and help the builders but I will focus more on Administrating the server. A player comes up to you saying that someone is spamming, but has no proof, what do you do?: Well first of all, I need to see the proof myself because I don't know either that person is lying to let the person be banned because of any arguments of them both. If I saw that he/she is spamming with my own eyes, then keeps on doing it, then /ban will met him/her, We don't want any spammers in the chatbox right?
A player is using spambot, and spamming the chat with his server IP, What do you do?: Ban Immediately, If I just do /kick, then nothing will happen and he can still go on the server the next few days and spam again. I need to ban that player so that he never comes back and stop advertising his server.
You see a player flying around the lobby, You are not 100% sure if he is hacking or not, What do you do?: I will /msg him to ask if He is a staff member on the server or not then if he is, then I will let him fly but I will report to the owner if he is using /fly to abuse his/her powers, if he is not a staff member, then /ban will meet and is right for him. If he said he's staff member, I will immediately ask the other staff members or owner to see if he really is. I will also take a screenshot of him/her flying so that people with higher ranks with me on the server can see and for me to show the proof and show that I am not lying.
Someone comes up to you saying that they have a donation issue. What do you do?: I will need to check if he really donated by asking the owner or any high ranked staff member because If I make a move on my own, He might just get his rank for free without even donating and I might be demoted because I am believing a lier.
A fellow staff member is abusing his powers right infront of you. What do you do?: I will screenshot it and send it to the server owner and see what he does to that abuser. I have seen a lot of power abusers on servers, when I tell them to the owner, they don't believe me so it looks like I am the one who is wrong and the one who is lying.
