Again, because nobody noticed my post... It would be nice if you did a non-mod version of the map. Maybe with simpler quest system through signs, ect. That would be very nice!
I can't put mods on my computer, but I would still love to explore the cities and everything. Maybe you should make a non-mod friendly version of this. When I tried to download this, I just spawned in a random place, and couldn't find the towns. It would be great if you made it without mods as well!
Tried to download this, but decided against it mid install process. I un-installed my minecraft and then tried to re-install it, but now I only get the Black Screen of Death. >.< Can anyone help?
So, I tried to install Mo' Creatures onto my Minecraft (I play on a mac btw). When I figured out that I had no clue what I was doing, I un-installed my minecraft. But now as I try to re-install it, I just keep getting the black screen of death. Can anyone help please? Thanks....
Just an idea that I had, but It still seems a little over powered as of now.
The first step of this is the actually way of creating the tools. Crafting a block of TNT will give you 3 dynamite sticks, which act as the material to make the tools.
Each tool has a special ability.
The Pick: The durability of wood (or below?) with the strength of stone, it has a special pattern of mining. It digs a 3 by 3 square, with the block you hit first is the center of the square.
The Sword: Durability of Stone, strength of stone. When you are attacking an enemy, there is a 1 in 5 chance of hurting any other mob within 4 blocks of the one that you are hitting.
The Axe: Durability of Stone, strength of Diamond. There is a 1 in 10 chance of breaking all the wood blocks in the trunk of the tree.
The Shovel: Durability of Wood(Or lower?), strength of Stone. Works the same way as the pickaxe.
The Hoe: Durability of Stone, Strength of Stone (Do Hoes have strength?). When harvesting seeds or wheat there is a chance of collecting 2 or 3 pieces instead of the normal 1.
And that is the basics of the idea. Any other Ideas, suggesting, ect. would be great!
I don't really get the wall idea, so what I did is i destroyed my first portal (i looked for my portal A in the nether but never found it) and went to my new base. I went through the portal there, and it led me to the place it always does. When I went back through to get out of the nether, it led me into a cave, the was only about 50 blocks away from my first base. Ugh.
So, in my first base, I had a portal to the Nether. Later in the game, I sailed off from that first base and found a new place for a home. After awhile, I built another portal. I went in, and it teleported me to a new place in the Nether., but when I tried to go back through the portal, it lead me back to my older base. Can any one explain why it does this? Thanks!
