So I'm trying to work up a quick map where if you drop an item (lets just do a DROPPED arrow for example, not one stuck in a block) at a SPECIFIC xyz, then it will trigger a command w/ the test for command to trigger another command block which increases the world border by lets say 10 (starts at around 10-25). I have gotten the test for command to detect the arrow, but I can't get it to check only a certain xyz.
Here's my command right now : /testfor @e[type=Item,x=0,y=64,z=0] {Item:{id:minecraft:arrow}}
As you can see, the coords I want to check are 0,64,0
When I activate the command block, it triggers success but it works anywhere I drop the arrow. I just want it to work at 0,64,0.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I have gotten it to work. Turns out I was missing the r=1 :P. But now I have a new question. Can/How you detect the number of arrows in the dropped stack. Rather, only activate if it's a certain number? Like I want two arrows to activate the command block.

He has a black hoodie with a hood over his head. It's kind of hard to see his face, but u can see it's eyes. On the front of the hoodie there is a wolf head with blue eyes. On the back there is BW on the top then 79 below that(fit another 79 if u can). -Other Additions: If u make it a guy- then have darkish blue jeans. If u make it a wolf- either ripped jeans or just wolf legs. - Add Shading? [Optional] Hmm...I dont think so

Hi I'm bluewolf7979. I have a youtube channel and I'm wanting an intro for my videos.
I was thinking of something like this: A pack of wolves comes across the screen attacking zombies and skeletons. The wolves have blue eyes. Then the wolves kill the mobs my YouTube name drops down in between two of the wolves (the others are gone). I do want my skin (which is still in development, i will give u link when finished) standing on top of the name and stabbing a creeper with a diamond sword (This part is optional). I like the colors blue and
green.
