Just wanted to say I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the Useful Pets mod! I've been using it since 1.6 and can't wait to see it in 1.8. Nothing like tearing across the land with my pack of attack dogs, mowing down any hostile mob in my way. There are several other wolf mods out there but, so far as I'm concerned, they're all awful. Yours is amazing! Thank you so much for all your work and keep it up!

That was the original way the backpack mad saved it's data, but I think this is a bad approach. But if I can't get mc to store the data in it's own files I will go back to this way of saving the data.
Fixing this will take some time because I'm studying and have a lot of work to do at the moment so I don't have a lot of spare time. But I will try to fix this asap.
I would rather have another file than lose all my items. Also, the backpacks render weird in-game and look glitchy in the top right. -

To install this mod, just use WinZip to open your minecraft.jar and simply drag the file rd.class into minecraft.jar.
This mod is for version 1.2.5 of minecraft
Also, in version 1.2.5, you can test this mod easily with the seed: chicken
There will be a bunch of chicken right behind where you spawn. Remember, the feathers only drop after 4 to 10 min.
I also have a really simple texture mod (you can see it in the above pic) that replaces the meat on your food bar by vegetarian/vegan friendly apples! Just replace your icons.png by this one here:

I took the above pic while testing the frequency of feather dropping. I think they where dropping once every 6 or 7 seconds then! I might add different drop rate options of this mod if the demand is there. Just ask, and if the demand is there, I'll do it. Now that I've installed the whole MCP thing and everything, it's quite easy for me to go in and create an other rd.class file with a different drop rate.
For your information, the drop rate of eggs is random(6000)+6000. Since 6000 ticks equals about 5 min, a chicken drops an egg every 5 to 10 min. I've set the feather dropping to random(6000)+5000, so a feather will drop every 4.1 to 9.1 min approximately.
These are my very first mods, and I thought I'd share them with you guys. If you like/dislike them, or just to tell me if the mod work or not for you, please don't hesitate to post below. Any feedback would be real nice -

First up, the necronomicon. a book of necromancy, and to make sure YOU are prepared for him, you craft it like this:

black book? wtf? you might say, well, if you get a book and surround it with black wool, you get a black book. useless, like a normal book.
right click with the necronomacon, and it will open an interface, ill post pictures for EVERYTHING soon, but for now, just hear me out.
in the interface, there will be a picture of Cthulhu's face, at the top. just for show, and 3 spells. 1 requires 10 rotten flesh, and it will summon a zombie to fight for you, the other uses 10 bones, and summons a skeleton to fight for you, just to make more sense to the necronomicon, (yeah, i spell it differently each time) but, the last one, requires 20 rotten flesh, 20 bones, and 1 necromonicon (yeah, summoning Cthulhu will destroy the necromonicon) if you are not near water, it will say "Cthulhu needs water to be brought into your realm" when you are at an oceon, BOOM i giant Cthulhu, a little smaller than the giant spawned with singleplayer commands, and, it would be really cool if it LOOKED like him aswell, like model wise. if now, fine, noone will complain, trust me, SOOO many people want Cthulhu.
but anyway, he shoots ghast fireballs every 3 seconds, he also spawns green tinted squids that attack you, and every second, he will shoot an arrow at you. simple enough? wrong. Cthulhu has 20 hearts, and you have to attack his legs, the.. green tinted squids, lets call them Ulus. (oo-loos) have 5, making for a hard boss fight. an Ulu will drop cyan dye instead of ink sacks, and Cthulhu will drop, yep you probably guessed it, the eye of Cthulhu. can be made into a sceptor like so:

C= eye of Cthulhu
S=stick
OCO
OSO
S
which will spawn a Cthulhu Spawn, to fight for you, has 10 hearts, weilds a diamond sword, (or a trident) and looks like the normal char.
Ok, maybe not EASY to make, but not hard, not all these features need to be included :smile.gif: OH YEAH! also, dont bother with the sounds unless you want to, use enderman sounds if you wish, or no sounds at all, or ghast sounds. :smile.gif:

Hey guys? Guess what? Its called lag.
The server logs what block has been destroyed to the exact coordinate. in the case of lag, it will not log that block being destroyed until later, when it pings it. Just break it, wait a while, try typing into chat. If your message doesn't appear for a long ass time, you are lagging. Blocks only reappear/regenerate when an SMP server is lagging or you are within a spawn zone.

I'm the owner of the server, and I'm having this problem connected via the local address, so there's no possible internet lag. I think there is a legitimate problem with regenerating blocks. I've noticed similar behavior on other people's servers, but they were clear cases of lag (such as not being able to open chests, and then a minute later the chest inventory popping up). - To post a comment, please login.

Similar to what Balkon's WeaponMod use to be. i have been trying to look for a mod that adds a variety of weapons, without adding too many ores and other things. And if there is already a mod like this... feel free to reply.

In RED even:
August 18th: ModLoaderMP updated only. I am still working on the mods, but I've been gone on business all week. It's a pretty big change so it may still be a couple weeks.
August 8th: Current status: overhauling ModLoaderMP to take advantage of the new architecture and then updating the guns mod. May take some time, there are enough differences that I even have to change the code to make the guns fire.
August 5th: ModLoaderMP 1.3.1 out! Let me know of any problems, there were some major changes in 1.3 and since my mods aren't updated yet there's been barely any testing. If you're a modder and you're sure it's a problem with ModLoaderMP send me a PM, it's hard to keep up with all the posts.
Also, GuiDisconnected changed and I need to take some time to re-fix it, so if you're booted for not having mods the string may go off the screen.
March 6: To fix deobf errors in MinecraftServer, just replace lines 514-551 with a }, basically after the System.exit(0); you should only have } (3 of them) until the end of the method.
And to even open the spoiler to get the download link, you have to click the SPOILER button next to the mod that clearly says, in blue:
