Hi guys, I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to upload their module collection somewhere as the hosting for the packman program seems to be down and I'd really like to try them out.

    Thanks in advance!

I believe Packman is a utility for a different server, namely DF Server. : :smile.gif:

How exactaly do you use the .dat to .lvl converter? I can't seem to find it.

    Level converter is here: http://www.day7tech.com/minecraft/DatConverter.zip

... server currently being a CPU hog.

Installed last night. Worked good until I loaded a 256x256x256 map. Then server maxed out 100% cpu and used over 1.2 GB of RAM.

Other than that, this would be great if the number of commands was reduced by combining some with arguments, for example /guest, /builder, /op, etc., could be "/setrank <name> <guest|builder|op>"

Using /say command crashes server. Noticed in build 587 and now build 591. :ugeek:

With the latest revision exe 583 I cant login to my own server, which is hosted on the same computer.
    (Revision 555 works fine)

    Error message:
    Connection Lost
You logged in from another computer!

So I tried override=true, IP and port(127.0.0.1 & local network IP 192.168.2.200) both returned the same message as above.

The same messages also appear in the console too.
Xmillsa (127.0.0.1) logged in from another computer.

Any ideas why this is happening?

    Same happens here.

You can simply use the external URL with &override=true added on the end. This will solve the problem.

    No, it doesn't.

That may work if the server is on the very same computer that you're running the client with, but not a different computer on the same network. You don't think I've tried that?

It works for me on a server on a different computer on the same network. Maybe you have to adjust the security settings on the machine you are using as server.

What do you mean? /pinfo checks in users.txt if the user is not online.

I mean include last logon time stamp for players in users.txt. Then when you issue the /pinfo command it would say something like, "fred is a Trusted User (51) last logon 2010-02-15 17:07:05 if the user is not currently on. :smile.gif:

Just an idea: have /pinfo include "last online" info for queried player.

Can someone give me the entire new package?
I stopped updating from... Below 400.
And I saw that there are much other files then just the .exe are changed. and I can't seem to work them all out.
When I download the .zip, and then update the .exe, It still doesn't work.

You don't really need all the other files unless you want to compile the program from the source code.

I will not be getting to the "each player's block change in its own file" as soon as expected. Multi-world will likely be first..

Good news. The block recording sounded quite ambitious. Multi-world would be a great addition.

Using build 461. Every time I start the server, my server.cfg file gets set back to default.

Edit: nevermind, that was from an older build.

Hello Unison, a little bugreport in my bad English. *gg*
My first errormessage in console: Error code 0001. Report to dev if frequent.
MinerCPP.exe don`t crashed or freezed, the map saved all one minutes.
But no blocks (what build after the errormessage) are saved in the server_level.dat.
The chat is freezed and no commands works.
I am close the minerCPP manually and run it again.
It works until the errormessage comes again.

I dont no why the errormessage come
I stay still in server and do nothing, but the message comes anytime.(5-10 minutes)
    Hoffy1968

I am also getting "Error Code 0001" now. Frequently. (build 457)
