A: Someone is threatening to DDOS the server to take it down?: I would temp-ban for 7 day and IP ban them.
B: 2 players are arguing, what do you do?: I pay attention to what they are saying and find a solution.
eg. two players fighting over a diamond; I would probably take the diamond after a while, that or mute.

Players start with their very own cartel room where they grow drugs, buy defenses, and decorate their room. Hey I've make a new server and i need some staff but the problem is I don't know the plugin for creating ranks.
And now i am currently looking for Head admin, admin etc... If just one of you are able to tell me the plugin for creating ranks then i will recruit the without any expectation.

Remember, not everyone will get staff positions. If you don't get staff positions, don't fret! You can still get awesome kits and ranks in game! The only staff that can play factions are Moderators.
