New Rift update!
- Rift creeper should be fixed.tested multiple times.
- improved API(not yet available)
- Some code improvements. This version should not corrupt worlds.
Slowly but surely im still doing things behind the bars
1.8.9 (if i still have it) should hopefully be released Soon. and a 1.10.2 port is in the works. 1.10.2 broke many things and is working on fixing.
Nothing too fancy has been updated, however, this does leave good ground for any devs out there interested in picking up the project.

Feel free to leave feedback and suggestions along with bug reports! I will squash them during the week and release new hotfixs every 2 days and updated versions every week or so. This mod shouldnt be put into immediate use in your worlds! for things could change and drastically alter Blocks, RE, and other mechanics. You have been warned!

The Rift will be available Soon for pre-alpha testing. giving new capabilities to Minecrafters! I hope you guys enjoy the New update and expect a download within the week!

The Rift was intended to be a small mod including one block called The Rift Chest. giving one simple function, Pulling Items from any Inventory its "linked" too in the world and ejecting it to any adjacent chest of the Rift Chest.
As seen above, the Rift Chest can work with Mods. and is a very powerful Block, hence why this Mod will be considered a mid-late game Mod. Blocks and items wont be cheap or easy to make/find. but yet finding that perfect balance of progression and not tiresome to collect resources.
With these few videos of what is currently available, I hope it will serve as a great edition to the new generation of Mods for 1.10 and forward. I hope you guys enjoy what you see and will try my best to push forward for a nice build in the future.

On the off-chance this mod is rebooted or something else decides to make a SAO mod, I've been working on a few things that are vaguely based around the universe - the main thing being a skill system. I even based my GUI roughly around the SAO one (Skill Icons are placeholders):
It's only loosely based off SAO (eg 7 skills instead of 12) but it's an open source API. Anyone with even the most basic modding experience can very easily make new skills using it - the only java limitations are what you make your skill do
It's actually built to tie-in with my gun mod Advanced Armoury - so if anything I'm closer to making a GGO-style setup. Only a small jump from there though, if someone wants to help me rebuild the Cardinal system to get AI mobs/items generated randomly then we'll be set.
Got a question for Every one. Should we port to 1.8 ? or stay with 1.7.10?
