What I'm Applying For: (Mod Or Admin) Moderator is what I'm heading for.
Experience On This Role Before: I have been Moderator on 2 other servers before. They had at least 15 players a day normally, and it was a peaceful community. The other one was mostly the same, nice and peaceful, though sometimes we ran into people we had to deal with. I am pretty decent at being Moderator is what I believe.

Why Should We Pick You?: I think you should pick me because I am a matured and nice person who is always willing to help out no matter what. I keep calm, I help a lot. I always follow the rules, but that does not mean I will not make any mistakes. Everyone has them, correct? But most mistakes are not that bad. I want to join the team to help out all the players in this community, though I have not been in it for long. I hope this does not sound like I am a staff hunter. My weakness is probably building, and my strength is handling chat and catching hackers. I would rate my mature level from 8/10 in my opinion, not to sound selfish by the way! Why would I like to be a Head-Moderator?
I'd like to be Head-Moderator because I've been a part of many communities and have become a moderator and progressed into an administrator position. I know how people act on the server and I know how to handle a bad situation if one were to come up. In the past, I've been praised by many staff members for my maturity and knowledge to handle things.
In real life I've resolved many conflicts, I've learned through many years of therapy to handle things in a non-biased manner, and not to rely on others for help. I have helped many people during my time with the staff, it's just a second instinct for me at this point to help anybody at any time and it doesn't matter if I'm busy, I'll rush to help anyone, therefore making me worthy of being a Head-Moderator.
I've gotten many hackers banned and overall improved people's experience in the server by getting rid of hackers and people who do not obey the rules. I've taught many people new commands, how to build and anything else one may need, I'll be there in the blink of an eye.

(In Detail): I have decided to apply on your server because your server is unique, small, and has a lot of opportunities that can happen to make your server even better than it was.
