Whether or not the server isn't running or not isn't the primary issue, though of course if the server is not running, then the screen/tmux session isn't running.
@Super808, have you tried doing any of the above suggestions (Like you know, first and second replies...)
[...]
1) Log onto the SSH server
2) Type screen -ls
3) See which screen session probably relates to your server
4) Type screen -r NAME, replacing NAME with the session's name, or ID if there a two (or more) sessions with the same name
So you can't access your server console but you can access SSH right. (And you'd think people using SSH would know how to do these things) Sorry I'm abit cynical.
Anyway..
The fact that you can access the server console at will rules out nohup.
So my guess is that you are using a screen

1) GLSL-Shaders-Mod-1.7.10.jar is empty. Redownload it. BUT TO BE HONEST, You don't put shaders into the server... So try to remove it
2) GG DROPBOX 509.... Well for the time being you're screwed. Lol jokes, manually download the dependency library from bspkrsCore-universal-6.9.jar]here. (Well obviously you didn't read the installation instructions carefully)
Sorry that there hasn't been much reply. This issue is a first for me, I'm not sure what's wrong.
But regarding the server turning off if no one is on, maybe you could have a player constantly logged on (Refer to ORelio's Minecraft Console Client )
Hi, just like to let you know that it is probably illegal for you to redistribute the mods and stuff like that. Could you instead please just post a list of what mods you want. (various reasons)
Oh okay, try to use the ingame commands to add the players to the group.
idk what it's like these days. (I lived in the Pre-UUID era, before Microsoft Minecraft)

2) The plugin might not allow the lava to work, try ID 11?

Sign and chest shops are still fine, they make your server vintage

Upload a server log (pastebin it or code quote it)
0
As the log says
File Not Found/404 exception -> The file is no longer up, maybe a new version fixes the new file location
Could also try updating Galacticraft
Pretty general, but possibly your server is running low on available ram/cpu (since like, you have that many dimensions..)
0
And also have you set a static ip?

Remember 24 players = 24 entities.1 active entity = 10 (or 5??) loaded chunks
.:. 24 players = 240 (or 120) chunks
~50MB ram per player -> 1.2 GB
+ Plugins -> idek
+ Java Overhead
