Wow this thread is showing the full range of fan dumb. Just because that release other features doesn't mean the API is being ignored. And just because the API will allow ease of mod use doesn't mean no more feature will be added. This isn't a full blown game studio that has 30 people working on one task. The few guys working on everything will get burnt out on working on JUST bugs or JUST features. And the API is something that must keep the mod makers and users happy, so it must be handled with care
In short, quit sounding entitled and just be patient. You aren't exactly helping things.
If I was still a mod I would have deleted most of the posts in the thread.
Instead of berating and being condescending to the OP, who clearly seems to know what they are talking about but are misinformed, you just tell them what is correct? This thread could have been done in one response.
"I am tired of people complaining, so I will complain right back!"
do you see what you are doing here
you must be new here, because every update is like this. every update comes with its share of complaints. if you don't like it, wait a few days after an update and then come back.
you are not the first to make a thread like this. it helps nothing but add to the see of off topic complaint threads
hello, me again. still waiting for this problem to be acknowledged
using the A2 preview, still getting the same issue
this time it's a headless cow, but it seems to be random what part of whatever mob will be missing. I've seen headless chickens, zombies, creepers, faceless sheep, and I think one time completely invisible chickens.
no other mods installed. using ubuntu 10.04.
I like this mod, and although it doesn't give me a hige fps boost, it makes things smoother. but this issue makes me want to not bother, and I don't want that.
I'll post again since this thread goes very fast and the search function is junk
using the 1.3.1 preview, everything works fine, runs noticeably better and smoother
the problem I keep having is that sometimes mobs will be missing parts of their model, such as limbs, head, face, or entire body. every time it is something else - sometimes sheep will have no faces, but I start again and they are fine, but chickens are headless.
it's not game breaking, but it has shown up when I have used this mod before
I have had this problem with previous versions. sometimes mobs would be missing limbs or bodies, even my character model would be missing its right arm. but it doesnt always happen, so I have no idea what the hell it is
You will have to stand on the pressure plate for an allotted time (as determined by the line of repeaters on the left). Thanks to the set up of T-Flip-Flop, the door not only stays open, but will only open after you step OFF the plate. However, if you stay standing on it, the signal will continue to the pressure plates at the top, making the flip flop unable to set off, so the door remains closed.
do you want the door to stay open after you get off the pressure plate?
related question: does the door open only after you step off the pressure plate when the time condition is met?
I have a set up that opens the door after a certain time, and then closes it if you continue standing on it. though, at the moment as soon as you step off the plate the door closes. you would need a t-flipflop to keep the door open

my house is wood/brick, and I periodically had spiders suddenly entering my house when there is no way to do so normally.
