LittleBlocks is a mod that allows you to polish up your creativity and optimize your redstone systems. Indeed, the size of blocks placed in a little blocks is divided by eight compared to its original size, so you can place 512 blocks instead of one.
Don't be afraid to post your creations! If they look good I'll add them on the website.Original idea thread by toddtimeocom

I love this mod and have really high hopes for it, but the pocket plane biome conflict really should have been addressed long ago. Its been a known issue for quite a while. Sure it is easily resolved editing BoP's config, but there should have been a config for thaumic horizons itself. A bug like that can destroy worlds and are terrible issues for servers that can't easily regen the world. Seeing this removed from FTB is a real blow to the exposure of the mod. I just don't want to see silly design decisions or easily rectified bugs be the death of this mod.

I understand your point and will obey. I would certainly agree with adhering to copyright requests put in place by mod authors, especially if the author chose to take down their work. The authors work is theirs to do with as they please. I don't see how the same rules could rationally be applied to an abandoned mod however and it is unfortunate that the Author's work fades from neglect and the enforcement of self-imposed rules. Oh well, thanks for your time.
EDIT: I really don't mean to pester, but after reading his legal section in the OP, I don't see anything preventing distribution of the mod at all, unless distributing a modified version of the mod. Wouldn't this statement from the note to modpacks section of the OP allow redistribution?
"Distribution unmodified versions of this mod in
modpacks is allowed, as long as full credit goes to rich1051414, and is
expressed in the credits with a link back to this forum post."[/b]
Or at the bare minimum allow us to post links to packs that already contain damage indicators?
Furthermore, this sentence in legal seems to imply that redistribution is allowed unless the file is modified...
"Modification of this mod for use on public servers is allowed, but this
does not extend to distribution of a modified version of this
mod.Distribution of any modified version of this mod requires the
advance written permission of the owner, rich1051414.©2012 Richard

I respect that, but I do have some serious questions. What does the community do when a mod author vanishes and their links to the mod go dead? Its been several months in the case of Damage Indicators, is there a set period of time to wait before distributing the existing mod would become permissible? I definitely respect mod authors but there is no way to download from their server in this case and it seems very counter productive to just let a mod that is loved by the community die out. There has been numerous attempts made to contact the author and no luck. It would be great if the admins could come up with a set of rules or guidelines to follow in the case of abandoned mods rather than simply stating to respect a nonexistent author and download only from dead links.

I'm pretty sure Gwafu doesn't really intend on doing any pull requests and pretty much expects you to fork it and build it. Gwafu stated, "I don't have any interest in Minecraft at the moment (blame the influx of new games such as Witcher 3). So I'm giving rights to the community to see what's best for the mod while I'm out."
Gwafu gave open permission and provided the source. I doubt Gwafu will be angered by what you do. Either way, you'll only reach Gwafu on reddit if you feel the need.

Any plans to switch over to Ender Core rather than ttCore now that that's a thing?

I see. Well, the more I play around in it, the more I like it actually:) It has a rather immersive feel to it and I don't know if this is a visual bug on my end, but I absolutely love how the fog dissipates at night and you can see clearly for miles. Great effect. I only just managed to locate a Xeric Shrublands biome and I must say It is quite nice. I absolutely love the additions to 1.7.10 that have been done recently, especially the flowering oaks and fruit tree variants. I can't wait to see what's next!

Yup, I've noticed this as well and opened a new issue on github. Definitely a bug, you can follow progress or give input here if you'd like...
