Why do you want to join this server? Honestly, i'm just looking for a nice small friendly server so I can mingle and build projects with people. I've grown tired of a constant annoying remarks from kids in an extremely unrestricted server. The 16 man server is a good idea and i'd love to join it!

Yes,
1) Can I build a separate house somewhat far away? Not TOOO far away but just far away enough so my house does not come into contact with others which may create an issue.
2)Must I be active on the server 24/7? I mean I have school and all I just come into minecraft for a break, usually i'm on an hour a day during the week and at least 3 hours during the weekend.
3)Will there be trading and stuff going on? Like 10 wood for 1 iron?
4) How many moderators?
