thanks for updating your awesome patcher. Though I can't use custom lava or water I'm very happy to use HD textures on other blocks. I've been spoiled too long and I can't stand the default low res textures. :SSSS:

LOL! You know when I first started playing Minecraft about a month ago I walked into my living room when it was dark and instead of looking for the ligthswtich I wanted to place a torch! :--+: :--+: :--+: :--+:

posted a message on Misa's Realistic Texture Pack - 1.20.1+ UPDATED ELSEWHERE!
I really love this texture pack. I tried it out a few weeks ago but the watch wasn't working at the time and I love the watch. Now that the watches are working i'm very, very happy.

So far my only complaint is that the stone pickaxes look like stone hoes in the inventory screen.

As you can see the pickaxe is on the leftside and the hoe on the right. Very difficult to quickly tell them apart. They look fine in the darker quickslots on the bottom. So maybe make all the inventory boxes a little darker?

Just a tiny annoyance with me, but I love everything else!

Thank you. I would have never thought of that. I do like to use those four extra slots when my inventory gets filled up. I hope someday you can make backpacks for extra space.

tried turning the side of a very large hill into an island. The water didn't cooperate and it looks like garbage now and I had to ditch it. Great way to ruin a future base area.

Yeah liquid can be a pain to get working like you want it to. :Lava: :Water: :SSSS:

I recently tried to make a roller coaster and it was going pretty good until I decided that this one part of the track should go right in the middle of lava since I did it with water pretty nicely. Well, it worked out good at first and I was very happy with it. Then I made the mistake of messing around with it. Very quickly the lava got out of control and was flowing in all the wrong places and took out several blocks of track and me with it. :Lava: :Lava: :Lava: :Lava:

I lost some valuable equipment and ended up very discouraged with my project and I'm now thinking about abandoning it.

I'm curious how many projects have you abandoned in one world?

Only cheating I do is play on peaceful when I'm building something that I'm kind of frustrated with making. I made a Skeleton Statue that was confusing me so the last thing I needed was a creeper throwing me into a rage. :SSSS:

Yeah I don't understand how to use redstone yet so I tend to avoid mining the stuff at the moment though I do have several stacks stored. Someday I will look at some guides to figure it out.

Make the largest volcano you can possibly make, then post screenshots of it, or video if you can.

I would love to have Christmas lights in various colors that you can decorate your buildings with. That would be cool. However, I would settle for lighted Christmas trees, similar to Jack-O-Lanterns.

I know Painterly Pack http://painterlypack.net/ lets you customize your texture pack. It is really nice to use, I don't know if there are other sites like that, if there is I would love to know as well.

What about scrolling down on the menu for texture packs!? I haven't figured this out...

Just click(hold) and drag down. It'll scroll.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! :iapprove:

Say, I have six texture packs installed, but the pack selection screen doesn't have a scrollbar, so I can't select them all. I'm guessing this was just a technical oversight from when Notch was coding the feature?

Yeah I have this problem too! I installed two packs so far and I've been looking for more. I found this great pack called The Quandary Texture Pack (v3.0!) viewtopic.php?f=25&t=38865 and there are twelve different packs for each month. Really great pack but with this glitch it makes it difficult to use more than six packs at a time. I'm just glad I'm not the only one with this problem.
