    Forge and NO have a minor incompatibility.
    They overwrite 3 of the same base classes. If you are using any of pams mods that add plants, you will need to install forge after NO, otherwise you won't be able to bonemeal plants or find their seeds.

    Thanks. When Nature Overhaul finally updates, I'll remember that.

    I have an idea.
    SANTA HATS AND SWEATERS!

    The santa hat recipe would be: (with :Sheep: being white wool and :: being nothing)
    :Red: :Sheep: :Red:
    :Sheep: :: :Sheep:
    :: :: ::

    I might make the sweater textures for you, but you have to think of the recipe. (I can't think of a good recipe right now.

    I was thinking of Santa hats as I was reading this, too (although I want to put them on the Loafcats :biggrin.gif: )

    This mod makes me squee. Christmas spices + apples = applesauce? Or maybe mulled cider? Seven wheat in a U shape with an apple in the middle and spices on top = apple pie?

    I just wanted to say that now that I have the Forge and your mods installed properly, I am delighted with them. I'm currently running all or nearly all of your mods, Mo' Creatures, Tale of Kingdoms, Millenaire, Coral Reef, zombe's mods, Glow Vines (which I highly recommend, btw), DKC Goats, LoafCat (did you know Loafcats could beat up alligators?), and a couple of others I'm forgetting. It really makes for a lush world. I'll try to post a few screen shots tomorrow.

    Oh, are your mods compatible with Nature Overhaul? I don't recall seeing that in the FAQ.

    Darn, I was hoping by "Glasscraft" you meant stairs, shelves, pressure plates, fences, etc., or maybe even glassbrick blocks, stairs, etc. Also, being able to craft and place glass flowers, shrubs, mushrooms, etc would be cool too. Picture being able to make glass tree trunks and leaves and making a huge glass oak tree.

    No idea how this is going to play out, but I am looking forward to finding out. Is this one of the bugs that is fixed in a later version? (I have 1.2.1)

    Fixed in 1.2.4 update

    Cool, thanks, I'll get the update. Be interesting to see if a guild hall appears. If not, I suppose I could regenerate the world.

    Here's a surreal, or at the very least amusing, bug: I created a new world, which was apparently a survival islands sort of scenario, and the guild hall didn't form. The NPCs are all splashing about in the shallow water.

    I found the guildmaster, though:

    I like the high cost to get the awesome tools and armor. I hope this gets popular so the various armor artists make obsidian versions.

    Oops! Sorry for the double post!

    I finally fixed my texture problem. The problem was actually with Forge. The instructions said I could just put it in my mods folder, but once I used mcpatcher to forcibly add it, the textures finally showed up! (Now I just need to look into finding some higher-res textures for them.) I can see olives instead of trapdoors! Yay!

    This, limited spawning on mo-creatures, squirrels from tehkrush, whats is another good friendly mob spawning mob - and no mocreeps&weirdos..

    Goats! I think they're DKCgoats, but I could be misremembering. I've found this one to be the most foolproof additional animals mod so far.

    I do all the steps of your installation guide, but I see trapdoors in my trees :unsure.gif:

    Oh thank you, thank you, thank you! I am SOOOOOO glad someone else is having the same problem. I finally figured out that the random crashes I was getting were from the ID Resolver, but I can't work out what's wrong with the textures/icons.

    This is the inventory list on creative mode. All the stuff turns up just fine until I get to the Pam's mods stuff, as you can see from what I've highlighted in the picture. Everything from Bone Pickaxe on down is completely random. I'm sure it's something to do with the /pam/ folder. Where exactly is it supposed to go, and how? Other people are using these mods and getting proper textures, right?

    Yeah Optifine messes up the textures with the Harvest mod.

    Phoo. I tried taking out Optifine, but oranges still look like wooden hoes, and I'm still getting Saving Chunks crashes when I try to cut down trees. No idea which mods are crashing into each other to cause that one.

    I don't know what could be causing this issue. Do you have the new Optifine installed? Did you install the /pam/ folder correctly?

    Yes to Optifine, unsure on whether I installed the /pam/ folder properly. I downloaded it, unzipped it, unzipped EarthCraft, dropped the /pam/ folder in the Earthcraft folder, rezipped EarthCraft, and dropped it in my mods folder. I also used mcpatcher to unpatch my minecraft.jar and repatched everything in. I've currently got mcpatcher patching in zombe's Modpack, Rei's Minimap, Modloader, Shelf, Recipe Book, Audiomod, Armor Stand, Treecapitator, GUIAPI, Haycraft, Optifine, Custom Mob Spawner, Coral Reef, Mystic Ruins, Convenient Inventory, ID Resolver Forge Edition, and Randomobs, and then Modloader is loading DKC Goats, FireplaceMod, Flower and Seeds, Glowvine, Green Hell, ID Resolver Forge Edition, Lamp Mod, millenaire, minecraftforge, Mo' Creatures, Pam's Bonecraft, Earthcraft, Harvestcraft, Woodcraft, Swamps+, Tale of Kingdoms, and WoolySheep, and I had other mods I wanted, but I ran out of terrain sprite indices.

    I've fixed the gem and ore 'unnamed' block bug in EarthCraft. No need to re-gen worlds.

    I've also fixed the salt and crop 'unnamed' block bug in HarvestCraft. Please delete any unnamed blocks you have laying around cause they're broken and not supposed to exist.

    Please re-download these mods and replace your old zip files with these new ones. ALSO REMEMBER if you put the /pam/ folder in one of these zip files before, please put it back in there.

    Also, you must grow Cactus Fruit crops on sand instead of tilled soil from now on and yes, there need to be water nearby, just like normal crops. Enjoy!

    Good to know someone else is getting weird errors. I'm also getting very strange textures for the new blocks. Would that be part of the same problem, or is that something different? For example:

    The dark red things in the rightmost column are supposedly magenta smoothstone, so at least that one's close, but a lot of the textures are really out there, like pistons in place of one of the fruits, or birchbark for purple smoothstone.

    Either way, I'm downloading the new versions, and I think I'm going to restart with a fresh jar as well.

    5:28 edit: I downloaded the new versions and noticed I hadn't gotten a pam folder, so I downloaded that as well. I unzipped Earthcraft and the pam folder, put the pam folder in the Earthcraft folder, rezipped Earthcraft and dropped it in my mods folder. The textures are still wonky, and I've also had random crashes, once when I tried to destroy what looked like it might have been an invisible vine, and once when I was trying to cut down a tree (granted, that could be a problem with some other mod as well; I've got Greenhell, Glowvines, and Flowers and Seeds along with your mods).
