I just got back online, so this is the first I've seen of this. It's lovely, and I'm looking forward to being able to download it. And I like Hearthstone. :Diamond: :Diamond: :Diamond:

You probably didn't install Forge correctly.

Yeah, I needed the new Forge version. All set now. :unsure.gif:

Just downloaded the newest versions, added the new pam folder where needed, started Minecraft, and got this error. This one's beyond my ability to parse, so I am passing it on.

Eeep! Um, talk to imgur? I'm pretty sure they're randomly generated strings. :steve_blushing:

    Two somewhat less stupid questions:

    1. Does enabling massive trees mean the mod no longer creates ones that are merely huge?

    2. If I disable massive trees now that I've seen a couple, will the existing ones disappear, or will the mod just no generate more?

Cool trees though. First view of massive tree:

    Closer up:

I was going to get one from right underneath as well, but I got eaten by Anubis dogs. All that lovely shade is a great spawning ground for monsters.

Possibly stupid question - where do I find the config file? Or does the fact that I can't find one just mean I didn't load the mod properly?

Edit: Never mind. :/ I just had to exit the minecraft folder and re-enter it, and there it was.

Right, so the initial plan was for me to work on the mod while DJ was at work, but until we get some gas money coming in I'll be hanging out in the car at her job (6, 7, 10 hours a day in a car! Whoo!). Once things normal off financially I can come home and work on my own projects, but it's going to be a while before that happens. They currently have her working 6 days a week, so... yeah. That's a big part of the delay guys, Minecraft 1.1 and the API might be out before the update at this rate lol.

Do you have a Paypal account? I know I'd be happy to toss a few bucks your way to help with gas money. I've been where you are and man, it sucks.

Yes. Massive trees span several chunks with their size, while huge trees might fill one chunk.

Whee! I can't wait to see that. Tomorrow I must enable them and go searching.

I wandered around one of my worlds and got a few screenshots today. I'll get better ones later.

Too busy looking for good camera angles to watch my feet, and fell in a ravine:

Not spectacular, but I think it's one of my favorite screenshots anyway:

You know, you could get some really weird trees with this mod. Like a tree made from ladders and rails, which would instantly break upon creation. You could make a tree out of portal blocks, by simply growing a sapling on top of a Nether portal. You could make multiple End portals, by growing a sapling on a completed End portal. You can make one out of water and lava blocks, if you plave the obsidian block on top of a block of ice above lava, which will ause the ice to melt into a block of still water. Those are some of the craziest things I can think of. Can anyone else think of something even wierder?

This is my first experiment. There will be many others.

for the trees go to thishttp://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/680540-100-huge-trees-are-huge-v155-silly-bug-fix/ you put four blocks on top of each other: bottom is what you want the trunk to be, second is the leaves(can even make them water or lava), then obsidian, and top is sapling then give the sapling bonemeal and your mind is blown

    Thanks!
