Aug 18, 2012good news! forge 4.0.0 for minecraft 1.3.2 is working, optifine for 1.3.2 too, these are the ONLY 2 things taht you need to use any mod anytime and HD textures whitout problem (forge has a modloader and audio mod).. now i will just wait for thisPosted in: WIP Mods
Aug 13, 2012can someone explain me what is the problem whit forge?, for minecraft 1.2.5 i installled optifine HD (to replace the obsolete mcpatcher) then forge an NOTHING else (to replace all the modloader, audioload, etc) then installed zeppelin mod, turretmod, cannonpwder, more explosives, and balkon weapons, everting work perfect! the problem is that people maybe cant accept that forge has a mod loader, so you dont need to install that one, and for HD texture, just use optifine, its a lot better than mcpatcher.Posted in: WIP Mods

dont hurry! this is "THE MOD" for minecraft, true followers of this mod arent in a hurry, just take your time to make it work and improved, make it compatible whit hundres of others mods shouldnt be a priority (from my point of view).
btw, can i recomend only one think?, no hurry too, add some bullet for the dispensers like the "firecharge" but whit the explosive effect of the ghast ball, or change the firecharge to be like the ghas one? just to close the circle

imposible! maybe your ship is linked to the world or other structure, or maybe you didnt change the correct number, the line of the block limit is this: zeppelin.max_craft_size=4000
The cfg file that you need to modify is this one: mod_Zeppelin_126.96.36.199.30.cfg

OMG like one of the best mods out there. Still some bugs (like the time I walked through a wall and fell off my ship) but over all a great mod! Cant't wait for SMP support!
i dont know if this can help, but i reduce the "fall of ship" by a 99% now, try this: Dont try to walk over 1x2 blocks corridors if you are moving in any angle but 0-90-180, if you want to move in your ship whit no problem, make 2x2 corridors, also avoid heavy contact whit walls on entity mode, if you are about to pass trough a wall stop, and walk back, last, but bulletproof, build a second line of blocks under all the corridors, you can try my ships, download the world from here:
link on the description, the battlecruiser is an example of big corridors, and a couple of small ones on the broadside weapons corridors.

hehehhe you are a friend menick, i will try to make some time (i have a busy last week) and make a vido on how to build the 162punisher.
but i want to show first a cannon that will shut up those who says that TNT cannons are "slow", my last prototype, and probably my last cannon, the "244ACTL Mutilator" shot tnt like a there was no tomorrow! i was testing it and then i decide to blow it up be pressing the firing button many times, but instead of blow it actually shot fast, like 1 per second, that was fast for a tnt cannon i think. i saved a couple of clips, need to do one more test before release the video. i love how this cannon looks and shot.

btw that cannons are not a secret, however they taked some development and creativity to make them first, speccially the last one: 244ACTL Mutilator, that mother f$%% was complex as hell at first :biggrin.gif:

Well and.. mh... maybe,make half-step Blocks so,that you can use them in the ship/airship .. I've tried this mod out once, and half-steps didnt go with the Ship,instead they just stayed where I placed them :/ ...
well and.. I've heard about ppl having canons in his Ships.. and saw a Vid where somebody was Droping TNT (that exploded) while the ship is moving.. I've tried that aswell'n the TnT just exploded on the ship :/ ... if you know what i mean ._.

i made a last one: 244ACTL "Mutilator", this fu%$ thing is a rail gun! however too big for under 2000 blocks ship,
i think that to make more or less good looking ship this number of block per cannon must be used:
Prototype: 244ACTL "Mutilator" (builded-tested: fu$%·" railgun!)
Prototype: 304ACTL "Hellraiser" (upgrade from the mutilator better railgun :biggrin.gif: )
this could be improved, however i cannot make 100 ship desings just to make smaller ships whit bigger guns. my last 3 ships are between 1600-1900 blocks and the "Devastator" can be used on these "good looking" hulls.

the zeppelin mod and the cannon powder mod are the perfect couple! also turrets will come handly when zeppelin mod fix some stuff. it will be great to have the cannon powder and turret mod be part of the zeppelin mod, but that will be posible only whit a coopeartive work betwen djslin´s, blakmajik and DiEvAl :biggrin.gif:
anyway, sometimes cannons doesnt reach maximum power, moving the ship a couple of blocks and rejoin the world fix the problem, dont know why this happend, but when the cannon works.. woha!

OMFG!!!!! success! triple line cannon works! 4 tnt blocks fly so fast that litterally become invisible like 20 blocks away from cannon before become visible for 1 second! will work more like a giant rail gun! the accuracy is perfect! it is called: 244ACTL "Mutilator"... sadly this one makes the "devastator" looks smaller, is so big the cannon alone has 314 blocks of weigt :biggrin.gif:

the secret of this cannon to work whit accuracy and strenght is the brand new ICCS Mk3 :biggrin.gif:
this will be my last cannon, i think that i made enought of them:
and the power of this last one make irrelevant to build a more powerfull ones, so i will back to ship design :biggrin.gif:
WTF??? i created a button whit delayers to apreciate the power of this beast, and i decide to blow it pressing the button many times, however, whit an interval of 1 second, the cannon soot the last 5 tnt whit NO DAMAGE! no explosion!, so this beast can shoot 1 tnt per second! WOHAAAAAAAA maybe i will record my last video whit this cannons....

I'm not involved in coding the mod but I doubt it's possible.
Modify the config file, allow ALL blocks to be part of an airship, set a controller block on the ground, activate it, and wait 50 years while it calculates the size of the airship to tell you that it's too big. Right now it'll count up to 1024 and quit trying.
i made a 1900 blocks ship whit 0.12 and works, however not as smoth as the 0.11 version, but i read that they know what cause the lag, so just be patient.
