When you sign up to go to Minecon you use your IGN. Unless you go to Minecon you're not getting one. Unless you install the cape mod, but only you and those with the mod will see it.
On the server I have been a member of for over 2 years we allow people of any gender, and strive to prevent and stop sexual harassment.

You don't need to stand the harassment, we treat females the same way as males, and actually encourage females on the server just so we don't seem like to much of a male's server. (But really, we don't allow sexual harassment at all.)
Playing on a multiplayer server is sometimes not fun, as they normally need you to pay money.....
The heck? You must be playing on the wrong servers then. I have played on and ran many servers and they have never demanded you to pay. They may ask for donations every so often but they do not make you pay.
Research your information before you make a very incorrect claim. Their are many servers out there that are perfectly free to play. Very few servers actually make you pay to play on them.
Mod and Moderator are the same thing. According to your grammar and more it seems as if you would not be a good choice. It may sound biased but you do not give yourself a good image.
