    I don't care. I use 1.6.2

    Now let's a comparison, the same, but without this mod installed (Same mods as before but without FpsPlus.)

    Ive updated OP with your images thanks, and its nice to see some good fps boosts, also how did you install the mod? I only ask because im not a fan of 1.6.2 and don't know what the recommended way of installing mods is anymore.

    Notice the FPS + the holy lot of Chrome tabs open + a YT video (not playing, but Flash running)+ Forge MCP installation program running.
    Really awesome.

    Good to hear it. I will also make FpsPlus for any version of minecraft just needs to be requested and needs a bit of time.

    I get 20+ FPS increase. Really awesome.
    Get 40 / 50 FPS in a PC with a Intel Atom and a integrated Intel GMA 3150 card it's really the most awesome thing that I've never seen.
    Thanks a lot.
    Also, it's fully compatible with Optifine, ModLoader, CheatingEssentials, LumberJack, etc, etc :)

    Thanks! yeah fps increases come down to your computer really on example i got around 12 fps boost but fluctuates more. So glad to hear it works really well:).

    What exactly are you trying to decompile? usually decompiling with jad is the worst way to make changes to something. If you are trying to edit minecraft go grab MCP or the forge source code. If its a mod you shouldn't be doing that anyways unless you have permission.

    This mod boosts your FPS by changing math functions in Minecraft to be a faster. Originally based on FishTacos Fps++ but now goes further in optimization.Suggestions Welcome.
    Before installing this mod:After installing this mod:(I let the game sit there for about 5 minutes each time)

    FpsPlus: The normal mod. Uses Rivens normal Sin/Cos methods. {http://www.java-gami...?topic=29853.0}
    FpsPlus+: Contains the version D, and a few fixes that can improve fps in certain scenarios.(Enchanted items lag fix, Reverted to the classic main menu, Enchanted armor lagging when wearing) FpsPlus version B: Uses Rivens SinHalf/CosHalf methods. {http://www.java-gami...?topic=29853.0} FpsPlus version C: Reworked the MathHelper class again. Seems to be more stable. FpsPlus version D: Uses Libgdx Sin/Cos methods. {https://github.com/l...MathUtils.java}

    You must use the newest forge installers from http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and install the Forge profile. If you use OPTIFINE put Optifine.jar into the mods folder. Go to \AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions then select the folder which forge just installed. Then open up the Forge.jar in that folder with winzip/7zip and 1st: Delete META-INF 2nd: Open up the version of FpsPlus you downloaded with winzip/7zip and drag the class files into the .jar. THEN add these Start up parameters "-Dfml.ignoreInvalidMinecraftCertificates=true -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true" OR: you can load the mod with MagicLauncher. Its alot easier. Or you can just put it in the mods folder. All of them should work as long as you add the startup parameters.

    Want to support me?:Buy me Minecraft and then pm me the code... I still haven't bought it:PP

    FREEUSE. I finally update this lol.

    If you are trying to make your server run better then the best thing you can do is use spigot http://www.spigotmc....about-spigot.3/ . Spigot is a highly optimised Bukkit server. If you run Forge then use http://www.mcportcen...hp?topic=5490.0 . Mcpc+ Is a Spigot and Forge combined so you can use Bukkit plugins and Forge mods seamlessly and have a extremely fast server.

    You can add a few startup parameters that might make that game faster for you. "-server -XX:+AggressiveOpts -XX:+UseFastAccessorMethods" These may or may not work for you.

    Frames are averaging in the range of 4-10 on normal fog settings. Not entirely sure what's up.

    Ill take a look at it in a little bit, ive forked the repos for openclassic and am doing little commits here and there however last night I hit a wrong button and screwed up alot of the source code.... :P so I have to fix that first. So I took a look at why some of you are having fps problems on linux and this SHOULD solve it, I just double checked that all the LWJGL natives where in the jar file. Also Stevice why dont you just put the required libaries in the .jar. Instead of extracting the libaries into the jar? just a thought. http://www.mediafire.com/?p4v4qeu5j4ewsps

    I have made a little fps booster for openclassic, I changed some stuff around in the openclassic api's Math.class. I got around 20 more fps. The download is a 7Zip file with Oc.jar and Ocapi.jar, the Oc.jar is the normal jar file you would run and the Ocapi.jar is the source with the fix. http://www.mediafire.com/?umgkca41au37izq

    it "should" work however I tested it through a deobf coding enviroment so i didnt have to install the mod, The mod should work but I have no idea what you need to do to install it anymore :).

    Ah, forget it, I can't even get 1.6.2 running with just Forge. The only way I can get 1.6.x running with any mods at all is through MagicLauncher.

    I'm going back to 1.6.1 anyway, because my "must-have" mods have not been updated to 1.6.2 yet.

    I need FPS++ for 1.6.1, and it must be compatible with MagicLauncher.

    I might make a 1.6.1/1.6 version soon...

    A 1.6.1 version is possible but it needs to be updated, in reality it should only take 1 hour at the most. I might make a 1.6.1 version and post it in this thread as i seem to have nothing better to do:) and because the OP actaully takes a while to update his mods... which is fine.
