Just like what others are saying, you could find some interest in modded Minecraft. However as stated as well you are not inspired. Don't sweat it. You can put the game down for months at a time. That is the good thing about Video Games. For instance I stopped playing COD after Modern Warfare. Just got really tired of the game, the game play and all the negativity while playing multiplayer, however I just picked up WWII and can't put it down.
I would really say just give it some time and you will get back into it again. You could even set up goals of things you want to accomplish, or get inspired by from watching a Video you saw.
I agree with LloydAZ - if your computer can handle the beefier mods, check out Farming Valley.
Or just put it down all together and pick up a new game. Stardew Valley is great, for the avid farmer!
