    Quote from theFriedZombie

The message is that it can not validate that you are premium.

If you are premium, try redownloading the minecraft client. They had some issues with that.

Thank you much for replying ^-^ And yes I am premium. I've re-dowloaded the client countless times, all to no avail. Is there anything else you can figure?

I can login to the client fine, I would think if it couldnt tell I was premium, it would stop me at login?

What would be blocking it from recognizing I am premium when joining servers?

Could it have to do with java, or firewall or something? (turned off my firewall and tried to connect, didnt work) Please help further V_V

Plains are my favorite. They are big and flatter, and they usually have forests around of IN them. Perfect space for building, with wood near by. Simple as that.

posted a message on [Poll] Do mods improve minecraft?
I would say yes for sure! There are so many things people want that isnt added and likely wont be in minecraft. Which is where mods come in.

I am using a few now, I use Mo'creatures for, er, more creatures (horses mainly) and I also use Dragon mounts to tame the ender dragon. And I use Tiny blocks for decorating my house. (i.e, bar of soap in bathroom, toaster in kitchen, chandelier, picture frame on desk, ect)

I have a horse ranch in the plains (barn+large fenced in pasture) and also a large enclosed (with iron bars+glass) dragon "ranch" in the extreme hills right next to it where I keep several enderdragons.

I would be much more bored with minecraft if I didnt have those mods. The horses and breeding possibilities make it so much more interesting trying to get every color, and watching a herd of them in a pasture. And like I could keep some what, cows in a huge enclosed mountain enclosure made for several huge dragons flying all over? I think not :P

    Mods are amazing IMO.

@ ChaoticSlink I couldnt agreemore with that entire post, especially the nukes and mo'creatures making night harder. And the part about NUKES >8D

posted a message on "Connection Lost -- Failed to login:" Meaning/reason?
(Not sure if this is correct section for this)

Whenever I try to connect to *any* minecraft server using any version of minecraft (Me using the corresponding version) I always get the message

    Connection lost
    Failed to login:

I've tried connecting to countless servers, all with the same result. There are a handfull of messages you can get when failing to connect to a server... So my question is why am I getting this *particular* message?

Meaning when getting this message, what exactly is the thing preventing connection to servers. What does it mean?

I figure if I can find out WHY I am getting this message, I can better fix the issue so I can connect.

(Optional to answer after above is answered: And if you know why I get this message, what needs to be done to be able to fix it so I can log into servers?)

I would greatly appreciate and be most thankful for anyones willingness to help me solve this mystery.

So question simple and to the point: What is the easiest way for me to play Minecraft with a friend in the same house as me? (not joining someone elses server)
