Is that a Gyarados in the ATLANTIS RISING screenshot.
I said I would make this a long time ago, but I only just did it, ignore the channel I made it on, that was something I did with someone else.
I found a new sprite I've not seen before.
If you're inside the inventory of a rune pouch, you can move the rune pouch from inside it.
You can also drop it.
Doesn't really make sense.
It could just be me, but I've found Lelyetia to have constant lag spikes, but the other dimensions don't have them quite as often, if at all.
Apparently I've been here since page 1087, huh.
Oh god, 4 years I've been here.
One bug I just remembered, the mcmod.info file is there, but when you look at the mod in the mod in-game modlist, it says that there is no mcmod.info file.
You're fixing bucket loads bugs really fast, wow.
Also, If you're really going through with this, are you fixing the bugs for 1.7.10, or are you just trying to update to 1.12.2 specifically?
Yeah, it's a serious problem and I wish pat would realise the textures are being stolen and just stop reviewing them...
Fat chance of that, he'd still use them even if he knew that. He knows his audience is a bunch of fools who only care about the worst mod that single handed, killed the game (IMO) and don't know what a mod with real effort is.
I could see this mob creating a lag issue on servers with many players, since the game will have to be constantly checking how long ago EVERY player last slept. As if 1.9 already didn't get a huge enough amount of mob lag from loading barely any chunks and dropping to 0 fps each time a block is clicked on, broken, or going though the breaking animation.
Also, flying, really? Last time I looked, manta rays cannot fly and live underwater, I get it's a simply a game but, really, REALLY? This looks more fit for the ocean than the "Mob A" mosquito thing.
That horse model is disgusting. As with what everyone else is saying, you should most certainly revert it back to the older, much more pleasing model.
It may not look "Minecraft" to you folks who clearly haven't a clue what you're doing, but the charm with Minecraft is that it has no uniform, and it doesn't have to be 6 cuboids to look good either. The older model still looked very much like a Minecraft mob, and yet it also stood out, as it was supposed to do, being a horse and all.
Should we change the ender dragon to be 5 blocks too, then? How about those guardians, they have too many spikes poking out of their heads, we should simplify those too. Maybe just turn the Creeper into 1 big block since we're just simplifying things.
Epic fail, how'd they get "Gorko" from Grook, and not notice, even with the picture with one in it...
Oh well, minor nitpick.
The 1.13 update will probably be the single only update ever added to Minecraft which I can firmly say I dislike.
As long as the different textures now get used, that is. Honestly, they should be changing textures slightly, not completely throwing them out the window and changing them. And even then, there ARE no textures that need changing, maybe only some ITEMS, and not full blocks.
Oh, and I've been playing since Beta 1.5, so I've seen many changes, many minor, only ever 2 drastic (Hunger and Attack Cooldown)
Minecraft is getting a sort of re-skin, but I wouldn't call it a forced overhaul. Like you said, there's always the option of using a resource pack.
If you look at Jasper's feed on twitter, you'll see that he and his team listen when they receive constructive criticism. In fact, the new birch tree texture was already adjusted per a player's request.
The old textures will always be available. I'm sure many people will use them because they're classic, and that's okay. Even though the default resource pack is changing, it's really nothing more than an option, and anyone who wants to keep the old look of Minecraft can easily do so.
I swear people are probably gonna be like "ooh you're ruining Minecraft, give me my money back" at this.
Honestly, I hate these textures, they don't have the feel of a game with floating trees, it makes it feel like Skyrim or something.
It also makes the game look dated rather than timeless like it does now.
I AM interested in how the textures will look, but currently all I'm getting is disappointment. If any texture was going to have to be changed it should be items, not blocks, since they're not what you look at mostly, instead you use these blocks to build with and you're used to them and love them and now you don't have a good looking pixel game you have a bad looking realistic game...
I honestly wonder what Notch would think of this...
Well, never say anything, because it might just come true. When I first saw Pixelmon, my first thought was; "Well, since it's a minecraft mod it's basically 100% impossible for It to be taken down as it's something created for and in another game entirely." What happens a year later? This.
