Reason for wanting to join Plainkraft: I'm looking for a small community server to spend my evenings after work. i'm very tired of these gigantic servers that can't really control the random people that pop in, tear stuff up, then leave. i've mostly played single player and just got a little tired of playing by myself. the best times i've had on minecraft were when me and a buddy of mine had our own little server for about a month. unfortunately RL things took him away from the game but i'm looking for the same sort of feeling i got when i was playing with him. i'm hoping that might be you guys.
Experience with Minecraft/Servers: most of the experience i have with servers are with the ones that have hundreds of players on at a time and no whitelist. it was really hard to get anything going with so many people and impossible to really make any friends.

What you can bring to Plainkraft: I can bring a very friendly atmosphere as well as the maturity and patience of a father. i honestly love coming home after work and just start digging for hours which usually gives me a LOT of materials for builds which makes me a great asset for server projects.

What experience do you have with minecraft: i've been playing minecraft on and off for about 3 years
What made you apply for my server:i've been looking for a server to play on for a few weeks now. i stopped playing because i was tired of playing by myself and most other multiplayer servers were either REALLY laggy or full of d-bags. imo it's kinda pointless to spend weeks building something really nice and have no one ever see it.
How active can you be: i usually play a few hours most nights after work.
Why should we add you: i'm honestly not very good at minecraft but i enjoy playing it. i'm quite friendly though and usually more than willing to help out when needed.
What do you like doing the most on Minecraft:i enjoy mindlessly mining. for some reason it relaxes me. i'll put on my favorite stream and just mine resources for hours.
Strengths (dont be overly cocky): as i said earlier i'm not very good at minecraft but i can be pretty creative i think. once i played on this server where the admins completely shut off all mob spawns unless you payed a donation then you could access the server mob spawns. well i kinda really didnt like that but i enjoyed a lot of the people i played with so what i did was build this VERY elaborate chicken farm. i had a pen that would hold the chickens and hoppers to take eggs to a very large supply of chests to store eggs. i then rigged up some redstone contraptions (the redstone was very bulky gross looking but it was effective =P ) and ran the eggs down to a seperate area with 10 dispensers that would shoot eggs into a walled off area underground. long story short i could get roughly 30 levels of exp in about 10 minutes and another 30 or so by cooking all the meat they dropped.
What can you contribute to the server/what would you do: manual labor. if you needs materials for a server build i'm the guy to go get it.
