Hey guys , i wont be joining back into rmmc until NIko sorts out his leadership skills , the officers in the clan arnt consulted about anything , and your desire for war is just bringing us down , what i find ammusing is that you always have your IRL friends as officers even when there leadership skills are dismal , Also i've found that RMMC have no millitary aspects except ranks , there is no training , no respect for officers , and no proper parades , i miss the old rmmc when it first went up , but niko has just got war hungry and we became a group of rebels only powerful by numbers and a small handful of experianced individuals . Its not only me that thinks this as 95% of the clan say this aswell , its just no one had the guts to tell niko how bad he got . Im sorry to say this niko , but its just what everyone thinks.
Hob after talking to members in the clan it seems as if the statement "everyone thinks it" is not true. Although a few members of the clan do miss the parades no one has said that niko's "leader ship skills are dismal'. They may have different ideas of what to do on some situations they do not go out and tell him he is ruining the clan. Just to make it clear niko is doing his best job to manage school, sports, and a clan. It is also wrong to put words in other members mouths.
Guys recently we hit the 30 member mark. I congratulate niko for running this clan to be so successful. We have received the top faction award once again on our main server hex.chillax-tech.com. Hopefully things continue to stay this good.
