A friend is wanting to buy minecraft, but he is afraid that if he buys now he'll have to pay for each following update. Is it true that he will have to pay or no?
I really want a mod that allows you to craft a block that spawns a shop and a person inside of it(Would require human) and it would have all kinds of stuff(Requires different item mods for different stuff) and a mod for bugs like dragonflies and butterflies

I am looking for a beta server that is not PVP, not RP and preferably not whitelisted.
There are simply too little of such servers. I don't mind being whitelisted, so long as I do not have to wait for hours on end just for addmission into it.

EDIT: I'm gettting sick and tired of the constant lag spikes. You're a dumbass, the server was fine and dandy until you restarted it.

It was perfectly fine before you restarted it.
Fix it.
EDIT: I still can't get /give to work, hence why I don't really like bukkit: The help info keeps popping up.

Warn people before you decided to stop the server

It never restarted It's always been up.

If you're going to host, please make sure you computer is par enough to do so.
EDIT: If you're going to do soemthign that would cause disconnection and whatnot, warn us. Otherwise, yuo'll ahve an empty server.

Taht's a fairly easy fix, just start a new map.
