I see questions a lot like this for games like Call of Duty. Shortly after one of the series' iterations comes out, people quickly pick out a handful of "noob" guns that supposedly make you "bad" just because they seem to perform better than the other weapons.

So it's like this. Would you rather build a high efficiency mob farm, or go out into the wild killing zombies by hand all night to show how "pro" you are? Obviously the former. It's in the game, doesn't rely on glitching or modding, and therefore you should feel no qualms about doing it.

Whining that no one is responding within the first 5 minutes the thread is up is plain pathetic.

Now on topic, I'm afraid that very little can be done here. The main problem being that she is not your sister. Being that she is under a different roof there must be different rules. Asking the parents to prevent her from playing the game is not a very good tactic but none the less try it anyway. Also try asking the admin of the server to lock his account from the server until he returns. Finally, when he does return tell him to turn off Remember Password so his sister can't access his account with ease.

Here's a little story,
When the world, one of millions, no, trillions, was made new, and the endermen made it new, what was called a terrible scourge came in. The Player. The Endermen, the Skeletons, Zombies, and Creepers and Spiders had not known of the player. But it came. And, all over the fresh, new world that the endermen created, the player roamed, slashing, hacking, burning. The Creepers, once friendly and huggable, turned vile and foul, and were filled with so much hate, that they were liable to explode at any moment. The Spiders grew distant and strange, and their eyes glowed because of it. Then the Undead, that had previously been stupid and harmless were struck by great pain and anger at seeing their world torn to pieces. And the Endermen, the creators, went to work, rebuilding the world. They too, like the creepers, were filled with hate, but they knew how to control it. They could easily pass a player by, but if the player interfered again in the enderman's workings, they would get angry. And no one liked an angry enderman. Until, one day, the ultimate creator, Notch, and his extremely talented protogee Jeb_, came and scolded the endermen for being mean to the player. The Ultimate Creators had joined the side of the player. And they worked their magic. And evermore, the endermen could not pick up all of the blocks of thier beloved world. The world that they had created. And then even they grew odd and strange in their hearts, and turned completely against the player, the creator, and the world, tearing up what they had once lovingly smoothed out. And so it continues, to this day.

This was just a re-writing of the OP, plus a little addition that I thought poignant.

Before I destroy the reputation of these other dumbasses, let me begin by saying OP is entirely and utterly incorrect.
I have never visited an MP server with any of the described problems. Especially not as bad as you say they are.
I hate SP because it's boring (as said earlier) and you're alone.
MP is fun because you can talk to people, work with others to survive, build cities, and so much more!
Give it a chance on the following servers:

Killion Detention Center
Minecraft Omega
MCCTF
University of Autumn

Have you ever been to Killion Detention Server, Minecraft Omega, MCCTF, or the University of Autumn Server?
Those servers are all what we call public servers and have none of the problems you have described here.

You silly ****, server owners reset maps because new updates are released with brand new terrain generators.
Do you think we want to reset our worlds? No! It's simply essential to get the latest and greatest terrain generation.

Lastly, the majority of administrators of any and all public servers are not abusive.

Ohoho, your computer is obviously **** in the case of FPS lag.
There has never once in the history of mankind been a case of FPS lag that was related to server lag.
Server lag only applies to packet latency (Google it if you're stupid) so server lag is only chat delay and block place/destroy delay.

This one is annoying for example.

I found that the reason full speed elevators don't work in SMP is not so much because of lag, but because of hitting the hardcoded 10m/s "speedhack" detection.

We should really lobby to have that removed, or at least a toggle. I mean, when you can legitimately exceed some arbitrary speed limit, then that speed limit should be raised.

Have you considered the boat elevator method? It's pretty boring - just a ton of boats every 5 blocks or so, lined up in a vertical chasm (hold them up however you please, as long as it doesn't block line of sight.) Look up and click; you'll go up faster than most piston elevators.
