    Personally, I've had a lot of success with sunken ships from the Ruins mod. Tons of them scattered around the ocean and you can find a fragment every few ships. The floating ship bases with the ender portal frame blocks usually have a few fragments as well. Also breaks up a bit of the monotony of looking for an ocean monument.


    And does anyone have any idea as to what could be causing this? These liquid pipes render incorrectly when viewed from any chunk that is to the west (negative X) but are fine to the east. They flicker slowly back and forth between correct and incorrect rendering. Nothing gamebreaking but a bit irritating nonetheless. You can also see the steam engines' hookups are reversed and pointing outwards.

    /summon EnderDragon <x> <y> <z> is probably the easiest way, if you're on 1.7.

    What guide would you recommend I go onto once I reach the end of the 1.7 section? I noticed there's nothing in there about compiling and whatnot, and I'd like to be able to add things to a mod pack and start discovering cross mod issues.

    So what will most likely be the main focus for ChromatiCraft with v7?


    • More new content?
    • Finishing up existing content? Heat lamp, Automator thingy, Linker?
    • Bug fixes?
    • A mish mash of all 3?

    I'm really loving this mod, and I'm pretty excited to see what will be added in the future. So many possibilities!

    Well, I finally got it to stop crashing everytime I made a power crystal. I still had 2 elements to hook up (even though they weren't needed yet) so I went ahead and linked them. Went back and crafted again and it finished without a hitch.


    Edit: Scratch that, it only went fine for one crafting operation. I did hop up in the sky and see Kitrino fire off and then it crashed though, so I'm wondering if my Zambarau isn't cooperating.


    And noticed I had some block locations mentioned in a couple of my crashlogs that weren't related to the casting table. One was for a Zambarau repeater and the other was for a Kuro repeater.

    Well, let's see. The very first crash I posted about earlier happened when I was making a Ruskea potion crystal and did not have Zambarau fully connected.


    These last 3 occurred AFTER it had obtained all of the energy and was swirling around for a bit. I was crafting the Power Crystal 8 times (since it seems to only output once per craft) and it did this every time. Kitrino, Zambarau, and Kuro for that one. When I'd start back up the Power Crystal had successfully crafted.

    Awww cmon, yet another CME crash when using the pylon crafter. I'm gonna just bind warp book pages to all of my distant pylons so I don't have to walk back to them and reload them every time.


    Edit: Nevermind, it saved the pylon locations this time. Goodie!

    Buuuut it looks like every time I make a power crystal, I'm getting the CME crash. Different crash logs though, might as well upload em in case they point out an issue I can solve.

    And it's a shame I didn't know about that pack earlier; the one I'm using is out of date, and I had to add in ChromatiCraft myself + update the rest of Reika's mods. Can't be arsed to update 50+ mods, especially if some of them require a newer forge version.

    Awww crud. I should have known that the Infusion Ring would use up all of the Liquid Chroma. I was hoping it wouldn't. Now I gotta afk at my Zambarau corner. Speaking of those, do the potion crystals for Zambarau give more exp per second, or is there no point to upgrading them?

    Well that was rather odd. I had started a pylon casting recipe, but after a few seconds of one of the elements not filling up, I realized I had left off the other day a few repeaters away from finishing the needed ley line. A few seconds later, I crashed. I hopped back on and started finishing up the line, and when I tested it, I got no connection. It was rather odd, so I went backwards to find the bad link. Repeater after repeater, nothing. I finally got a few repeaters away from the pylon and it suddenly started working. I went back over the line and all of the repeaters that were not working a moment earlier suddenly had connection. I then went back to my pylon casting complex and tested the rest of the connections. Half of my connections no longer worked, and I had to get back to the pylons and load them up again for it to work.

    Awwww cmon Nila, you just had to be almost 2000 blocks away.


    Bottom right is the pylon, top left is my pylon casting complex.


    EDIT: Explored in the opposite direction and found one only 400 blocks away from the complex. That pylon compass is pretty bad at finding the closest one apparently.

    To elaborate on that, put the undamaged gearbox into your worktable and apply a redstone signal. It will disassemble itself.



    Also, how do I check connectivity in the repeaters for ChromatiCraft? Not sure if what I've got will actually work or not.
