I'm having a strange issue on my small server (based on FTB Infinity 1.4.1 + Rotarycraft/DragonAPI + Mekanism): Hydrokinetic engines and connected machines act up when I disable the water flow above them.
They work fine when I start the water and during normal operation.
Also, occasionally I'll crash when right-clicking a RC machine (and other times I'll get the message about a mod accessing an inventory etc etc). I just updated NEI Integration, but I do still get that message when I use a few bevel gears. No crashes yet, but what else might the problem be, based on experience?
While I'm here, I got this message in my server log:
2014-05-10 02:57:48 [INFO] ROTARYCRAFT: Chunk at 47, -478 failed to allow population due to a ConcurrentModificationException! Contact Reika with information on any mods that might be multithreading worldgen!
I believe a borer is digging that far. I have the Monster 1.1.1 server running with MCPC+/ForgeEssentials/Spigot and WorldEdit, and ChickenChunks isn't disabled... Although my problem might have had to do with the version mismatch.
My map generation works now, btw. Just had to change two potion IDs on the client and server side after updating. The map is generating and all.
Do you know which mods might be doing it? I've only updated Reactorcraft and DragonAPI to v22

I'm running a Monster 1.1.1 server, and I had a Reactorcraft meltdown, causing radiation poisoning crashes. So I updated ReactorCraft and DragonAPI to V22, swapped Corium and Flowing Corium block ID's so it would launch, and fixed this bug by copying ImmutableRecipeList and ImmutableList into the same folder:
Exception in server tick loop cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Reika/DragonAPI/Instantiable/Data/ImmutableList
And, by also clearing player effects as I logged in, I got it to work, BUT now on Mystcraft or Single Player world generation I get this crash/error:

I'm having a ridiculously difficult time getting into the PS2 beta. I don't want this to be the one beta I can't get into.
I can offer two Firefall keys, SMITE invites, a 75% off Portal 2 coupon, but I don't have many items for trade in TF2 and I don't care to purchase any Steam games (I'd buy the $40 one if I had digital money).
If you have a spare Planetside 2 key, and any of this seems interesting, I'd love to get into this game.

How might one place a limit on the speed at which WorldEdit replaces blocks?
Specifically, I'm trying to set all of the stone in an area 400x400 blocks to 3% iron, 3% coal, etc., but it crashes the server. I remember some cuboid program in Creative which would replace blocks in 16x16x16 chunks if you told it to, instead of all at once; is this possible?
Sorry if it's already been asked and answered a lot, but I can't seem to find it. :L

For a minute or so after I disable the waterfall (while the water is dropping), the blocks seemingly randomly flash between variations like these:
